TERRIABLE SERVICE AND MOST OF THE GREEK STUFF WAS SOLD OUT OF FOR THE MEALS...... Had a family get together so we called several weeks in advance to make reservations for 17. When we got there we were told there was a problem. There room we reserved was in use and it would be a little bit. So we were standing waiting for about 15 minutes. Finally we got seated and the service was the worst ever. We waited for another 20-25 minutes before anyone came over and that was just to give us a glass of water. Then the waiter came over and he looked scared and was sweating nervously. He started taking drink orders and after the 4th person got confused and we were just ordering drinks. Shortly after he left another server came over and she wanted to take a drink order we had to explain that some guy already took the order about 5 minutes ago so she left. The night continued like that over and over they took our appetizer order twice and they were randomly served and they took about about 45 minutes to get. The meals were even worse they were served 2-3 at a time and came out like 10 minutes apart so by the time half of the party was served there were people already done and there were 2 meals that were not even served and when we tried to cancel them the server went somewhere (we guess to the kitchen but unsure to be honest) and came back and were told that they can get their meals to go. However we said no we didnt want them to just take them off the bill and were told no they wouldn't take them off. We asked for the manager and the server said ok . So once again left and came back and said he can take $15 off we said no we want the 2 meals off the bill because we didnt want them and they wouldn't...

If you’re going in there for something specific make sure you show them a picture before you even order to save you the disappointment. I called to see if they made Greek fries there..the lady that picked up said yes, so I drove all the way from pittston to order Greek fries, now the first thing you think about is fried potato wedges or French fries right? Even when you google it it pops up. I opened the container and it was potato CHIPS with parmeasan cheese sprinkled over it. I asked her if that was the right order and she said yes, I said that wasn’t what I had in mind when I said Greek fries to which she replied that was all they made, I showed her a picture of what I meant and she got all smart with me and said those were potato wedges..WHAT YOU SOLD ME WERE POTATO CHIPS THOUGH not fries like I said. I got my money back but if it weren’t for the meatball panini I ordered because I wanted to try something extra besides the Greek fries I would’ve given this review a one star instead, I tried the Greek fries back at the bloomsburg fair 2 years ago and was craving it really bad. Didn’t want to travel a whole hour away though only to find out they weren’t there..how are you guys a Greek restaurant but don’t know what Greek fries are?! I left very...

We have been here a few times and thought it was decent enough to return. Well, we won't be back. First thing when we arrived, the hostess started to take care of us, and yes we did have reservations, but the hostess saw 4 people come in after us, she put down the menus and escorted them to a table immediately as she asked if they had a resetvation...No they did not. Then she returned to her stand then seated us! What kind of action is this...it's rude and unprofessional to say the least. Our server almost saved the evening with her pleasant demeanor but, it went downhill when the salad was delivered. For some reason my salad was drenched in pure vinegar and unedible, my husband's salad dressing was served on the side. I had the lemon pan seared scallops, only to discover the mashed potatoes were instsnt! Dessert was no better, my husband has a tiny sliver of dried out cheesecake that looked like a Halloween prank because they carelessly dripped raspberry sauce all over the plate. I had Baklava which was horrible, not authentic Greek at all. Theos Metro, you can keep your ignorant hostess and fake potatoes, there are too many better restaurants...

I've been here before so I knew to expect good things... loving the fall drinks so far, also ordered the stuffed grape leaves again. Lemony dill flavor, ground beef inside is filling, tender, and tasty. If you like shrimp, check their current menu... tonight I met the evil twin of the egg roll! Phyllo pastry wrapped around shrimp and fancy cream cheese, well seasoned. Totally mmmm all the way! Only problem is that I can't remember their proper name on the menu! Definitely recommend! I hope they are (or become) a regular item! Another favorite of mine is on the list of appetizers with them- fried cheese! Flamed! And not cheap mozzarella sticks! Great service too, can't go wrong there... and yes, it was an old popcorn factory. A lot of history here. Take a look around at the machinery, pictures, furniture. You actually walk through the freight elevator on the way in. Old employee punch cards are there. And scenes of what it looked like after Agnes before it was cleaned up. A real diamond in the rough. I'm very happy that they are a solid choice for a wonderful dining experience in the area. TWO. THUMBS. UP. :-)

Excellent dining experience!!! Can't recommend it highly enough. The atmosphere is amazing with hand-painted greek scenery on the tables and walls, decorative machinery from when the establishment was a popcorn factory, and an indoor waterfall! The service was great and the staff was knowledgeable about the menu so please ask if you're unsure of exactly what your choice entails. The food! Oh the food! The bread and oil they give to nibble on is fresh and flavorful! The pita bread appetizer had homemade tzatziki sauce, humus, and a feta-type dip that was phenomenal. The entrees were delectable and the soups of the day were robust. Rarely am I 100% impressed by every aspect of the meal, but I am amazed and will be back for more. AND THE BEST PART! Appetizer, drinks, bread, and two entrees with sides wasn't even $50. Next time I'll have to save room for desert, the choices the waitress told me about sound delicious!

They brought us bread and dipping oil to start. We orders the Mediterranean dipping combo to as an appetizer it was good. I can't figure out if the hummus or the tzatziki sauce is my favorite. I ordered a Greek side salad and the wife ordered a regular side salad with ranch both seemed to be fresh. I ordered the Gyro Platter with lamb meat. It was ok. It was lamb kabobs instead of shave lamb meat. I think I'm just used to shaved lamb meat for Gyros. The fries are the good fries and cooked correctly. My wife had the Chicken scampi and she liked that. Place had character water fall in the building. Pieces of popcorn factory equipment spread out through the restaurant. Just an idea give out popcorn instead of bread to keep the history and ambience. Staff was friendly place is clean.
