Caribou Coffee — Restaurant in Prior Lake

This store has always been my favorite location. And I go 3-5 times a week. But as of lately the store has gone downhill and downhill fast. I know they got new management and the lady very obviously doesn't know what she is doing. I've watched her interactions with other employees and its ridiculous how she talks to them and about the other employees. Most of the staff is great, but if you walk in and see any middle aged, heavier set ladies working just turn around. Both of them are very difficult to get anything ordered and made right that you will have better luck at another...

A coffee place with no decaf coffee...No decaf cold brew, won't make a decaf pour over to accommodate. Instead, forced to buy an upcharged Americano. It's crazy expensive. I know the current trend is diabetic syrupy sweet lavender, matcha, mango, dragonfruit, frappe, latte, double whip, cold foam, sherbet colored concoctions, but it is ridiculous and sad that you can't buy a plain black decaf cuppa Joe nowadays. Coffee shops without actual coffee!...

Ordered two drinks the first one hot with an extra shot the second one iced light ice. I pay and they hand me two iced drinks we said that was wrong one was hot and asked which one was which well my iced one ended up being what was supposed to be my husband's hot one and they remade my iced one as his hot they don't know. They repeated back our order correctly and still messed it up. Not happy with this location you screwed up...
