Disgusting place to go eat I purchased a meal 2 banana splits and blizzard a total of $37.66 on October 9, 2024 the chicken tenders were hard the banana split had fermented pineapple it took forever to get the order when I got home I give my 2 year old grand son the banana split he spit it out , and it was weird to me because he loves ice cream so I tried it and find out that pineapple was fermented when I told my husband he told me that in the past, it happened to him also, I went back to the store talk to manager and told me that he can make a new banana split again I said no I don’t trust your ingredients he told me I just opened a new can of pineapple no thank you then he said we are going to give you a full refund is going to be back in your card, I said thank you and left the store. I waited 10 days and didn’t see my refund so I called my bank they told me they never got a refund, I called the store same manager he apologized and told me at this point they can’t do anything and the only thing they can do is make me the banana split I said no you told me you were going to give me a refund , he said let me talk to the owner, so he called me back and said the owner told him he can’t refund me that all I can get is the banana splits. Got mad 😡 and told him that they are disgusting and the store should be closed before they kill someone with food poisoning. Every time we drive by, we make fun of the people in the drive thru because we know they’ll be there for an hour. Poor souls!
Tonight, I was nearly lured into sending my husband out for blizzards, but when I googled the location to check the hours, I went down the rabbit hole that is this location’s 1 star reviews. Priceless!
We’ve had nearly every experience described here by others: ridiculously long wait times where we had to leave after paying for food and never receiving it to get the kids to bed, wrong orders, disgusting, dripping blizzards and a crunch topping only half covered on a cone that looked like the leaning tower of Pisa. My husband’s blizzards regularly taste like there remnants of another blizzard mixed into the flavor he ordered. We’ve never been inside, but after reading these reviews, I’m a little stunned someone in our family hasn’t gotten sick from their food.
The comments of toddlers working here are absolutely true. Kids hanging out, not working and goofing off… it’s the inmates running the asylum.

Absolutely terrible customer experiences, and I'll try to do this as objectively as possible without being hyperbolic: 3 visits ago: Ordered 4 blizzards. All 4 blizzards were made wrong. 2 visits ago: I walked in as only the 2nd person in line. I timed it; from walking in to walking out with my order took 22 minutes! To make things worse, within that time, a group of high school kids came in and the employee took their order ahead of mine and then didn't even charge them. Last visit: After swearing off this DQ, I only went because I had 2 gift cards to use. The employee tried using them and said there was no money on them. I then called the DQ corporate phone number on the cards and the machine said there actually was money on the cards. The employee said there was nothing she could do other than call her manager. I asked her to please do so, and after hearing her end the call with "it sounds like you're busy so I'll let you go" (the manager was too busy to deal with a customer's legit issue), she said there was still nothing she could do, so we paid full price and left. Final note: I went to the Savage DQ today and guess what... The gift cards worked there just fine.
