Subway — Restaurant in Prior Lake

I normally don't give places negative reviews unless my experience is consistently bad or I have one extremely terrible experience. In this case, it's because I always have a less than stellar experience here. It is never terribly busy when I go, but there are usually a few people in line. That being said, it takes me 20+ minutes every time I go there and some of the staff are pretty rude, including who I believe is the manager. The other day he was yelling at the staff while customers stood waiting for their food. It seems petty, but they always seem to be out of their Arnold Palmer mix (lemonade and iced tea). I choose this as a low calorie substitute for soda. I would drink regular iced tea if they had it. Whenever they run out, they just don't bother making more. Today I went through the drive through which took 25 minutes and the door to the dumpster was swinging in the wind and almost hit the back of my car. Terrible service every time I go there. Always plenty of staff up front screwing around, and all except one disappear when customers come in. Today they had the drive thru blocked off because when an employee when to empty garbage, it started to rain and they ran in without latching the gate and didn't bother to go back out to fix it (this is what I was told when I asked about it). When I went in, there were 4 staff at the counter laughing and talking. I came to the counter and waited 30 seconds (yes, I timed it) before they stopped their conversation and acknowledged me. Then they all thought it was funny that I asked for a meatball sandwich and they didn't have any meatballs. This is the service I get every time I go there. There was nobody else at this subway when I ordered (with the touchscreen drivethru menu) a Toasted spicy Italian, pepper jack cheese, lettuce, banana peppers, mayo, oil, and vinegar. Made sure everything was correct on the touchscreen. What I got from the two young guys working there was a non-toasted and cold spicy Italian, with American cheese instead of pepper jack, no mayo, no oil, and no vinegar. They got the lettuce and banana peppers right, but I guess they thought I needed to branch out of my comfort zone and try something new, because they also added onions and pickles to my sub..?
