McDonald's — Restaurant in Prospect Park

Had a horrible experience here! So I arrive at the drive through at 10:05pm and the associate, young petite African American female with glasses, was super polite and kind. I placed my order. I pay. The associate, middle aged petite Caucasian female with glasses, giving me my order was extremely polite as well. The supervisor, heavy build African American female, I assume on duty had just thrown an extra fries in my order instead of a 3rd pie because they ran out. She did not speak to me at all and she just threw in the bag and acted like it was what it was and I just said that is fine and checked my orders and left. I return because the Hi C beverage that they gave me...because they were out of Iced Tea tasted like water and they gave me the wrong sandwich in a box labeled the correct sandwich. I explained everything to the associate at the drive through and again she was very polite as well as I. I come to the 2nd window and the supervisor I described earlier was standing there mean mugging me making things very uncomfortable. I explain to her about the drinks and she rolled her eyes and said that's how they are suppose to be...watery. She said what do you want me to do sir sarcastically and I said may I have a different drink and she said the Hi C again and I said well no maybe a soda since you're out of Iced Tea as well. She sighs, rolls her eyes, closes the window and my brother and I look at each other like wow what did we do or why is she so aggressively annoyed. She turns and starts yelling at the associate that was very nice to me at the drive through window # 1 and does this for several minutes and turns back and makes our drinks and leans close to the machines where I couldn't see her make the drinks. She took a while and then gave me the drinks and I said thank you and she rolled her eyes and slowly turned around in disgust and I sat there for a second in disbelief. I didnt want to mention the sandwich issue because of her aggressively unprofessional behavior and the whole time I was super polite to her and her behavior was so unacceptable. Because of her I will never go to that McDonald's at 800 Chester Pike in Prospect Park Pa. I felt so disrespected. Here I was driving back and forth and what was suppose to take a 15 to 20 minute trip buying food for my family and it took 1hr. She is not a good fit for customer service nor coaching and development for the staff she works with. I felt so uneasy with her behavior I checked my drink and it looked off and so I dumbed it out when I got home. I just didn't care...

Why cant they teach their employee's to spread out those nasty onion's on your McDouble? They always just seem to flop down a big pile on a small part of the burger. First bite, burger w/some ket/must.

Second bite, same as the first.

Same for the third bite.

Fourth bite, oh, there's the pickle, no wait, it's three pickles on top of each other, so when you pull the sandwich away from your mouth the three unexpected pickles drag most of the remaining ket/must onto your lap at the last second.

Fifth bite just burger.

Sixth bite, holy moses ! ONION ! cant even taste burger but I think I can feel it in my mouth, not sure.

Seventh, wait, let me get a napkin out of the bag to wipe the tears from my eye from the onions. And wipe up the ket/must combo on my lap. Trying to drive and its hard when you cant see. Blindly searching bag on passenger seat with my right hand................and NO NAPKINS.

After using shirt sleeve to wipe eyes, take another bite, the eighth. Nothing but onion. Dammit.

Shirt sleeve again, ninth bite, oh theres the burger, cant tell if theres onions or not because now im not even sure if thats the burger im tasting because it tastes like onion now.

Eyes are getting used to onions now so i dont need my shirt sleeve but taste buds are saying " F--- this", gross, dont take another bite. My stomach is saying "Yo feed me, hungry". I already paid for it, and being the cheap person I am and not wanting to spend any more money for lunch, I take my tenth bite, chewing, chewing, slight onion flavor , oh, and that's burger, and, alright, some ketchup and mustard, there it is, now we're talking. This is what a McDouble is supposed to taste like.Stomach is saying, "Yo, swallow that man, can't you hear me, the taste buds didn't even want none !" I agree, and right as I'm about to swallow, my stomach yells out again, with a loud grumble "Abort". "Ok stomach" I say to myself as I attempt to pass the sudden gas that has infested my bowels. only it wasn't gas :-(

Apparently this place does not accept change from customers. When calling on 8/10/2017 @ 8:44pm i asked for a manager. A very unprofessional female named Ashley claimed to be the manager. I asked if this McDonalds acccepts US currency she replied no i then asked if they where in the US she says that they are not in the US. Knowing better i got in my car and proceeded there. I got to the counter and asked for the manager the manager was already dealing with an order that they apparently couldnt get right. When she was through i again asked so you dont accept US currency? She got smart and replied yes they do. So i stated why couldnt u accept some change then ? She stated she didnt know what i was talking about. I explained that a person at her counter who she said name was Eric wouldnt take some quarters she never tried to rectify the fact they did or even clarify that they indeed did with this Eric. If McDonald's now does not accept change they should change their prices to whole dollar amounts and not give change either. Ashley Chance is a garbage manager and oviously has no experience in management to be training employees to not accept quarters, lying to customers that they dont accept US Currency, hanging up on customers and not answering the phone and apparently from the women before me cant get orders right. Shes to overwhelmed by stating she couldnt answer due to 5 employees leaving at 9 oclock. Poor...
