Highly over-rated. 3 "sundaes", if you can call them that, $31. Ordered 2 warm chocolate chip sundaes, described on the menu as a "warm" chocolate chip cookie, cookie was NOT warm at all, amd didn't even taste like a cookie, my son said the same about the taste, also your choice of ice cream, I chose soft serve twist of vanilla and chocolate, mostly vanilla. Also described as topped with hot fudge, NOT hot at all and barely any "fudge" if that's what you would call it. Includes whipped cream and a cherry. Whipped cream had no taste and when we ordered the "sundae", we were asked do you want whipped cream and a cherry? Isn't that what a sundae is and what is described on your menu?
Won't be going back any time soon. In addition to our experience there was a little girl there that ordered a ice cream cone and chicken tenders, the employee rudely tells the little girl, with an eye roll " our fryers are down" the little girl has no idea what that means, and the employee says " we can't make them, do you just want the ice cream?" Little girl replies "I'll have the ice cream and a fountain soda" employee "we don't have fountain soda "

Read moreWe've been here a couple times for fundraisers. The ice cream (soft serve and hand dipped) are pretty good. My one daughter likes the gelato.
I'd say last time was a much better experience than today. While we were trying to figure out what we wanted to order, one of the young women working there opened the window and said they were ready in a tone I thought I may have misheard.
Then when we said where we were from and why we were there, she seemed to have the same disrespectful time in addressing us.
We appreciate this place helping us raise money, but we also were paying customers. Customer service is a priority when dealing with people, especially when dealing with those of us with children trying to figure things out. I know I wasn't the only one who felt addressed in this manner.
The saving grace for me was the other young woman (she wore glasses and had a tattoo on one hand). When I went back to purchase water, she was exactly how I'd hope one would be. She was respectful and courteous. But the overall discomfort of the initial encounter left a bad taste in my mouth (no...
Read moreAs I’m new to the area recently I joined Facebook groups and town talks to see good spots to eat or grab something was at and Richmans was recommended to me from my fellow neighbor’s. I went there checked it out and noticed that they are very short staff I seen one female working there all by herself and nobody else was there my first thing is oh my goodness. SAFETY wise we all know that the area isn’t the best and there has been burglars l and just in general unwanted people that are up to no good! The ice cream was okay my son got a kids cone and geez it was a little pricey I won’t lie but it’s just concerning they only have one person working there by themselves. The next time I went was when my husband was off of work and we got ice cream AGAIN the same female doing all kinds of wonders in there as the other two girls were giggling and in there phones in the back I felt bad for the girl you can definitely tell who does there job and who don’t at Richmans. But if you have time check...
