I just had THE saddest banana split in my life from here :( I ordered a banana split with hot fudge and a concrete. Had to wait in drive thru line (we have always waited in lines at any Andy’s location we’ve been to, so this isn’t an issue for us) and when I went to pay was handed my ice creams. If I wasn’t so busy trying to put my card back in my bag without dropping it, I would have noticed the slush excuse of ice creams I was handed… not to mention my split had no nuts or strawberries to be seen! Don’t get me wrong, I’m aware that hot fudge is going to melt ice cream a little quicker than normal BUT this was like a pool of meh! I paid $18 and should have just gone to McDonald’s for a mediocre cone. This location needs to get there act together! Ice cream should not be made that far in advance when you know people are lined up in a drive thru…We have been to a lot of Andy’s locations and it is a highlight of my stepkids visits to our house and had been a staple treat in our household… but I won’t be coming back to this location, 5 minutes from my house or not. Wish I had...

I stopped by for a treat and was blown away. (not just by the custard which was amazing as always), but by how professionally the staff handled a very difficult situation. A woman named Emily, the very definition of a blonde Karen, was completely out of line, berating the young employees over absolutely nothing. These teens were just doing their job, being polite and following store policy, and she was harassing them like it was her personal mission.
Despite this, the staff stayed calm, respectful, and collected the entire time. The manager stepped in and handled the situation with so much grace and kindness. It honestly made me feel bad they even had to deal with that nonsense.
Major props to the team. They deserve a raise for how well they managed that situation. Meanwhile, Emily might want to consider therapy before her next public meltdown.
Keep up the great work, Andy's team. You’ve definitely earned a...
Read moreThe folks working here are friendly, and helpful. Many are teens, but we all had to start somewhere. We have had an occasional "trainee" and have not had bad service. Our experience has been great, even with a tree nut allergy in the family. Please note, THERE ARE ALLERGENS PRESENT - so please take your own precautions by having an epi pen, as we do regardless, of something being made "special" as no system is fool proof. We have found their flavors to be tasty. If you sign up for their app, they will send specials, along with a point system to earn free items. They get busy during the evening, and on weekends, but we have only seen the line for the drive-thru, due to the allergy, we go to the walk-up window. One of the best deals is getting quarts to go. They do sometimes run out of these. They put the carton into a thicker paper bag, but we will bring a small ice pack and cooler to keep it colder getting it back...
