I’ve been going to Dutch Bros for a while now, and I can confidently say Ellie is one of the best employees there. Every visit feels like a treat, not just because of the delicious drinks, but because of the genuine warmth Ellie brings to her work.

One day, I came through the drive-thru after a tough morning, feeling frazzled and drained. Ellie greeted me with the biggest smile and asked how my day was going. I hesitated but decided to be honest, sharing a bit about my rough start. This is right beside an elementary school, so while I was waiting in the car line to pick my duaghter up, an employee came up to my window (as well as many other parents) with a $5 Gift card!! WOW! How generous. Not just that - they even said they'd be giving out free drinks (Past) that day so me & my 3 kids went for the very first time (to a Dutch bros) and we all enjoyed our drinks. I told my husband he should go there since he usually goes to dunkin to get his coffee and he said it tastes better than DD & similar prices. He went at 5:40 AM (early for work) and he received a free goody box! Our whole family got spoiled, we live 2 minutes away so very convenient. Thank y'all so much!
