Hubby and I decided to finally visit this spot and sadly, we weren’t impressed. The ambiance was very basic, the country music was boring and loud, it had more of a sports bar vibe, and they were out of many items. We were greeted once we arrived but seated at a table closest the door when there was plenty of other seats. It was 40 degrees outside and people kept coming in, so that windy chill wasn’t pleasant every couple of minutes. Not a big deal though, I just asked the server to move us to a table further down and it wasn’t a problem. The menus needed to be wiped down, there was sticky residue on them. Again, not big deal. The down fall was when we ordered stouts for our flight, they were out of all of them. The drink menus should have been marked showing they are unavailable instead of having to find alternate replacements on the spot. We ordered several beers (a flight each - not on the menu) and I personally wasn’t impressed by any of them except the Silo and Pecan Praline Amber Ale, which were both husband’s, so I stole them from him haha. Those two were delicious! The price was great though for sampling different types. The flight trays had several water spots on them which gave a cheap dingy vibe. The country music was loud and I personally wish they mixed it up with maybe some classic rock or a music variety. Then they switched it to sports commentary for the playoffs game, which gave it more of a sports bar vibe. I personally wish they would have kept the music going since most of the patrons were families and music probably would have been a better sound option for the guests there. We ordered the Nashville Chicken Sandwich and the Panini as our entrees. The food was delicious!! I tried my husband’s panini and it was flavorful and perfect temperature. My Nashville chicken sandwich was flavorful as well and the perfect temperature and spice. My only recommendation would be for them to add more slaw to the sandwich. Overall the food was what made me give the brewery 4 stars. My husband ordered a dessert and again, we were told it was not in stock. Our hearts crushed again lol. So then husband ordered the Thin Mint Sundae and when he got it, I was a little surprised. It was literally scoops of mint chip ice cream, a scoop of chocolate ice cream, and a very small drizzle of chocolate fudge syrup. I was expecting atleast more fudge and maybe a thin mint cookie or something. It was very basic in my opinion. Luckily my husband loves anything sweet and he enjoyed it. We had high hopes but we will return again and give it another shot. Their pizza smelled and looked delicious, and hopefully their stouts will be in...

Probably won't go back. Not a good experience at all; from the time we got there, to ordering at the bar to getting a table, food and service. First we got there and we were told it was a 30 minute wait even though tables were open and sat open, back to that one a minute. The hostess said we can upstairs it's open seating. I asked if she was sure because my daughter just had knee surgery and was semi mobile but what she failed to mention is it was outdoors and 100 degrees. Way to hot . We went back down and put our name on the list, which BTW they have hardly any waiting are with no seating. When it got busy we had people wondering around by our table and standing while they waited for tables. So rude but not there fold it is a poor design . Anyway we went to the bar to get a beer and lemonade for my twin girls. We waited almost 10 minutes while 3 bar tenders walked past several times, including a manager and the bar had probably only 1/3 of the seats filled. Ok back to the tables and wait. We waited 30 minutes for a table while they had up to 5 sit empty because they were holding for possible reservations that did not show. Come on management if they are over so many minutes late and you have several tables open start seating some people. For the food. I won't go into all of them, but don't get the burger. The patty was the size of a kids burger at McDonald's. Good flavor of what I could taste of it. The French Dip was Okay, really dry so it had to be soaked. The only great thing was the wings. Finally the beer, it's Friday and they were out of the Ale and low on Amber. It's 4:30 on Friday, what the Heck I went back and forth between 1 and 2 star, I just changed to 1 star because I just would not recommend to anyone and actually had people ask at work and told them, stay awat. I do have to say. the location was good location and the decor. The main reason is when we got a table the service was great, not the bar but the...

My girlfriend and I decided to make a lunch date at the brewery where we sampled 8 different flavors of beer with the orange beer and blackberry beer being our favorites but all 8 were exceptionally well made and delicious and for the food we we split 2 meals so we could try both. We had the Texan burger, which was very good and probably one of the best burgers I’ve had and also we had a Philly cheesesteak which I Always order every place I go that has it offered on the menu and it was top-notch. The service was really awesome too our bartender Adam answered all our questions and even gave us A brief history lesson on how the Establishment became to be and also his insight on his favorite foods from the menu which we plan on trying next time! this is a place I highly recommend good beers good food good service without breaking the bankNeedless to say My girlfriend and I will both be returning. As for the price, we have ate at many breweries all across the US and this has to be one of our favorites . We expect a higher quality food from a brewery and that’s exactly what they delivered. I think each meal was right around 20 bucks which is well worth it and sampler packs of beer I’m not sure what they cost but I think 6 or 8 dollars our bill was right around $60. Although we decided to have a lunch date on a Tuesday, So we did not have a wait for Seating and we decided to sit at the bar but I could easily see this place being packed on a weekend so take that into consideration. All in all We both had a very good time at the brewery and plan on returning And when we do, after 5 pm we plan on sitting at the rooftop bar, which they have an elevator that takes you to the roof. We can’t wait to see the...

Awful experience. Started with a very unpleasant greeting and confusing interaction from two hosts, with no one waiting. Finally got seated at the bar, tried the Caipirinha cocktail and their locally brewed wheat beer. All beers were served in warm glasses with foam taking 30% of the glass. The BH Brewery wheat beer was terrible-I couldn’t drink it and had it swap it for something else. It tasted like that forgotten beer in the back corner of your second fridge that was far past its expiration, or worse than a coors light. The cocktail was ok, but the lime and sugar were not muddled properly, so very gritty, and the sugar was cheaper table sugar not fine cocktail sugar. In addition, it mentioned seasonal fruit included in the cocktail, but this ingredient was completely missed. Halfway through we were sweating, I assume because they’re trying to save a few bucks on their electric bill. Service was sub-par, taking at least 15-20 minutes for any attention whatsoever. This was at 4:30 pm on a Friday in Prosper at half capacity, not 10 pm in Uptown at a popular nightclub. Beer prices were reasonable, but their own brewed beers couldn’t beat natty light. Cocktail prices were a bit above average for the lack of quality control. We did not try any food. We’re local and were so excited for this to be built and likely a regular of ours, but feel very defeated.
