401 pizza — Restaurant in Providence

DO NOT EAT HERE !!! TERRIBLE SERVICE ! TERRIBLE FOOD!! EXTREMELY RUDE COWORKERS! .. I placed and order at 4:56pm and didn’t get my food until 6:00!! Overr an HOURR AND MY FOOD WAS COLD! When i called and complained the manager only offered me 10$ back… NO REFUND , NO REORDER , and the lady was EXTREMELY RUDE !! ON TOP OF THAT .. After FINALLY getting them to refund me after i mentioned my attorney she tells me it takes 3 BUSINESS DAYS TO GET MY MONEY BACK !!! LIKE IF IM NOT HUNGRY NOW !!!! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE PLACE TO ORDER FROM OHHH AND THE FOOOD SUCKSSS NOT EVEN WORTH THE MONEY SPENT!! Hands down worst pizza...

Ordered over the phone and was told 15 minutes. Lost most of my lunch break because it took over 30. Had the chicken parm which was chunks of dried out fried chicken on overcooked thick spaghetti with what tasted like crushed canned tomato with basil and not an actual sauce. No cheese. I asked about this and they say they only put cheese on if the customer asks. How would I know to ask for cheese on chicken parm when no restaurant makes it without? Not good...

Never had a bad experience here at all. Pizza, chicken, etc.

If you're in the area this is a great affordable lunch spot with good food. Always clean. Food is always fresh. Staff has been great every time.
