Subway — Restaurant in Providence

I go to this subway like once a week, sometimes twice as i work right across the street. Overall it's a solid dinner option for me, but specifically the nights one of their workers-she said her name was Idallys (I'm certain I'm butchering the spelling of that) is working. She is always pleasant and somehow despite the fact again i only go here once a week, she remembers my faborite sub which is a custom order not just one of their subs. Down to the type of bread. That kind of customer service really gives a place a nice, friendly feel. Furthermore I've been there a few times when she is not working and if you go anytime within half an hour of closing (they close way too early the hours are tough to work with for a night shift guy like myself) they seem to be always missing several typical sub ingredients, however I've noticed when she is working I could arrive 10 minutes before they close and they are not "out" of anything. All their employees should strive to be as good at their jobs as she is and subway should be proud to have her on staff. The only critique of this place is again that they close way too early for a guy like me. 10pm or 11pm...

By far my worst experience to date at any subway.. two guys were behind the counter and only one was helping customers untill he saw i was get frustrated because the customer in front of me ordered 3 sandwhiches. Then the guy who was helping the first customer put the wromg cheese on my sandwhich and decided it was ok to just shake the cheese off and continue to make my sandwhich, then i ask for extra of two veggies and get hardly any so i have to ask for a second time for more. And then i order a cup of soup and he gives me the soup but no crackers or bag to carry it in i had to wait and ask before he started to help the next person in line.. 5hwn another 4 customers come in behind me and the sexond guy is still making the 6 sandwhiches for an order that...

I am disgusted! Let me start off by if you come here just know that they don’t wear hairnets. I had bought a 6 pack of cookies with my order in which they decided to give me two free cookies on top of it. I’m assuming because I waited so long for them to finish my 6 inch sandwich order. They just added 2 extra chocolate chip cookies (which I didn’t pick out) to my box of cookies. To later bite into one and realize there’s a hair in it. I break it apart and there is 3 more tiny blond hairs. To say I wanted to throw up is an understatement. I don’t recommend going here. Not unless you want traces of hair in your food because again they wear no hairnets when...
