The flavors are always spot-on, the meat tender and juicy, and the rice cooked to perfection. It became my go-to comfort meal, and I recommended it to friends and family countless times.
Unfortunately, my most recent experience left me deeply disappointed. After enjoying my usual order, I ended up with food poisoning. It was shocking and disheartening, especially since I’ve ordered from them so many times without any issues.
I truly hope this was a one-time incident and that the restaurant takes immediate steps to ensure food safety. I’d love to keep enjoying their amazing food, but this experience has made me hesitant. I’ll be taking a break for now, but I hope they can regain my trust...

The WORST customer service at El Eden Restaurant on chalkstone. My food was cold, so I told the person who served me, "Excuse me this is cold" "We can microwave it for you" I said "No thank you." It should'nt have been cold in the first place. Why are you SELLING cold food? Every single thing on my plate was cold. She got the manager. She said "no refunds" and gave me the food back. So I said "you don't have to give me the money back but you're going to give me something." After about 10 minutes of back and forth, I got a hot plate. Update on my last review which was a year ago I gave you 5 stars now 1. Why: I love dominican spaghetti I had my husband call ahead to make sure they had was tolld yes. Went the girl said no we don't so other lady says yes it's just not ready so give us a few minutes. Out comes the spaghetti. Go home missing my empanada. No big deal start eating my spaghetti tasted like rancid I figured maybe to much vinegar ate about 2 more bites couldn't stomach it even the meatballs tasted funny. The next day and today I have been so sick, vomiting, diarreah , stomach cramps like I've never had before. I think I got food poisoning. Never again I'm still sick...
