Don't really write a lot of reviews here. Writing this so hopefully the management sees it.
I usually come here three times a week. Two times minimum. About 3 weeks ago I ordered six tacos with cheese. They didn't come with cheese. No big deal. Next time I called to order I explain to them that the previous order didn't have cheese and was wondering if they could just give me the cheeze for free this time, they said no. Okay, whatever.
2 weeks later, probably 10 orders later, I order six tacos with cheese and a mountain dew. I get my tacos but I don't get my soda. Partially my fault, I should have thought about it before I left.
The following day I put in a $50 order. When I go to pick it up I explain to the woman that yesterday I didn't get my soda with my six tacos. Here's the credit card I paid with it for, can I get my soda? She so she has to call her manager. I say okay. She calls, they don't answer. She will not give me my soda. I leave.
I own a small business so I understand that people are always trying to put an angle on you for free whatever. In this case I had just made a pretty large order considering their menu prices. Came in with a story about a missing soda and had the card that purchased the soda to hand to the woman working the register. Would somebody go through all that for a free can of mountain dew?
The food's great but they lost me as a customer forever over $3 in cheese and a $1 can of mountain dew. What are you guys...
Read moreUse to go on a weekly basis, and I thought service and food use to be really good. Over the last couple months it’s really gone downhill food wise, but I think the customer service cemented my last trip. I made an order that included a shredded chicken burrito a few weeks ago, and the girl at the counter even confirmed my order once I got there. I got home and it was a grilled chicken and steak burrito. I don’t really eat meat that much, but every time I get their veggie burrito it’s disappointing, shredded chicken is my next option, so for there to be also be steak, I knew I wasn’t going to eat it. I called and all she offered was to check in and tell the chef that it was wrong…. I don’t know what that was suppose to do for me, but I wasn’t offered a refund, and was not offered a correct burrito ( least that they could’ve been done). Business’ should really care more about their customers now a days because I still got a refund through my bank ( and I could have gotten the whole refund back, but decided to only deduct half). Overall was disappointed with how everything was so treated so nonchalant , and probably won’t be eating at this location...
Read moreI am only giving one star because the food isn’t half bad if they get your order right. This is the fourth time we have been here and they either overcharge if my fiancé orders (I’ve heard from multiple sources that they always overcharge for all males), we were told rice and beans were included in the dishes we ordered, only to get them home, go BACK to the shop, for them to tell us we’re paying $15 for JUST rolled tacos? Please. (This has happened three out of four times, that he’s had to go back because our order was messed up.)
Then tonight, we go in, send the food back, not once, but TWICE, because my fiancé does not eat red meat and I am vegetarian — he ordered two veggie tacos and two chicken ones) and it was steak - the girl at the counter then tried to argue that it was the flat grilled chicken — “chicken” and “steak” sound nothing alike. On top of that, after it was sent back, they literally repackaged it in a new container and brought it back out to him. We got a refund and came home to order pizza. Thanks for nothing, California.
