Dunkin' — Restaurant in Providence

I’m giving yet another bad review because I feel this location does not look at reviews or take responsibility for what they do or even make an effort to meet their customers needs. Within the past month every food I have ordered has been cold I’m talking cold through the bag. It just happened today as well. I tried to address this with them and the lady at the drive through gave me attitude and said that doesn’t make any sense if we put it through the oven. I said well I have the item I can bring it to you. I asked for the manager and they said she just left. This dunkin puts the donuts upside down in the bag causing all the frosting to come off on the bottom of the bag. I really cannot stress this enough to the manager please just go over with your team the steps you can take to prevent this from happening again....

This is the worst Duncan donuts I have ever been to. Lived in the area for several years and have ordered many times but I just don't learn to go somewhere else because it is so close by. I keep thinking that someday they will get an order right. It is Sunday morning and they messed up the order again. Used cream when I requested milk and put sweet and low in when I wanted it on the side, Said credit card machine closest to me was out of order and took my credit card in the back and returned it without a slip. The girls attitude is terrible. Most of them are rude. They throw donuts in bag without tissues and the frosting is all over the place. I was upset and you spoiled my peaceful Sunday. After I complain to the corporation maybe I will break the habit and...

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. This place has such BAD customer service. There is this one chic that works on drive thru she is so rude and doesnt even want to be there. She looks obnoxious. They purposely mess up your order and say you asked for less than what you asked for just because they want to rush things. Orders are always givin wrong and you have to go back in line to get it fixed and they say that you were the one to mess up the order because you said “something else”.
