My girlfriend traveled all the way from California and just wanted a quick treat, but what she walked into was a complete nightmare. The staff were disorganized, rude, and completely incapable of handling even the simplest task. It felt like nobody there had any training, and professionalism was nowhere to be found.

On top of that, I have serious concerns about food safety. From what we saw, there’s no evidence of proper food handling — I wouldn’t be surprised if they don’t even have food handler cards. The environment is messy, unprofessional, and even dishonest (tip money disappearing right in front of customers).

This place is not safe, not welcoming, and not worth a single visit. If you’re in the area, do yourself a favor: skip this shop immediately. Terrible experience, terrible service — easily one of the worst establishments...

I got the strawberry sorbet, but it could have had more strawberries and been less sweet. The texture was very inconsistent and tasted like the sorbet had thawed a bit and been refrozen. The portion size was also very small. And the Churros look dry and stale.

I couldn’t enjoy my dessert because the owner harassed me and a friend who were sitting on the benches outside the store. He was very defensive and rude and assumed we were “just people from the street.” It felt racist to be honest. I will not be visiting this establishment in the future and I do not recommend...

The way this shop treats people is unbelievable. Instead of welcoming customers, the owner chooses to yell at folks in the parking lot and drive them away. Imagine planning to spend money here, only to be shouted at before you even step inside.
