As someone with celiac I really love the flourless donuts. They taste fantastic and I really like the rotation of seasonal flavor. I always look forward to apple cider or the pumpkin flavor in the fall. The servers are always super friendly. I’m always a little disappointed that there are only 2 flavor options for the gluten free at a time. There is also a limited amount and I often find myself buying all the gluten free donuts and feel bad that someone else may come in and not got any. Read moreIn my opinion, best donuts in Providence. PVDonuts is good, but Knead is where it is at. I'm a big fan of brioche donuts, and their brioche just hit the spot in just the right way. I find the frostings and toppings to always be perfect. For example, if you get one that has a fruit glaze, it is always the right combination of sweet and a little sour to keep it from being overly sweet.
The jelly filled are always my #1 choice and they never fail to satisfy at Knead. Overall, texture, taste and price of Knead is what I think wins me...
Read moreI'm from out of state and was told to come here for the best breakfast pastries, savory & sweet! I cycle a lot and knew I should make the trip. They just came out with some seasonal flavors like their Tropical Frosted doughnut pictured. I also see they craft their laminated croissant dough by hand from the windows and needed to try a Chocolate Croissant pictured as well! Careful of the open schedules and get there early for the cream of the crop. Twinkie my Doxie was so excited with all the smells....
