I would give this place -5 stars if I could. I ordered the lobster and gnocchi and got something that MIGHT be lobster and spaghetti. There was not one gnocchi in sight and when I told the waitress, she didn’t understand at first and then said it was mixed in the pasta. The waitress didn’t even understand English and what we ordered, even though we pointed at the menu and showed her and the items were in Spanish as well. She did not even put in my partner’s order even though the rest of us were eating. They over charged for drinks when there were mixed drinks for $12-$14 each and then they charged extra for 4 $3 cans of pineapple juices when they were part of the drinks. This was the most horrible service, the food was mid and took forever. I will NEVER come back to this establishment again. My partner never got his food...

If you value service like I do this place is great. First time being here and wasn’t disappointed. Food (picadera) was freshly made and tasted so good even my picky gf loved it. Only thing I did not like was the atmosphere (it was American night so a lot of English music) and the music was YouTube with ads in the beginning before the dj arrived. I had an amazing experience at Vivix Restaurant and Lounge. The service was top-notch, and the staff was incredibly friendly. The Latin cuisine was absolutely delicious.
