Montecristo Bar & Rest — Restaurant in Providence

We went in and it looked small and cozy. We asked for 3 waters and they came out with 3 poland spring bottles of water and asked us if we want a glass with ice or not. As we sat and looked at the menu, people kept walking in and out through both the front and back doors. My son ordered the bbq ribs but they didnt have it. Then he asked for lasagna. They didnt have that either, so he ordered chicken parmesan. My fiance and I ordered what the menu said was stewed pork chops. While waiting for our food. The waitress came and said for some reason the pasta was "bad" and offered my son french fries or mashed potatoes instead. We received our food. We got lettuce and tomato (for what i have no idea, maybe a garnish?) And a HUGE pile of white rice. Our next bowl was our "stewed pork chops" and another bowl was beans for our rice. The "stewed pork chops" were really stewed pigs feet and had ABSOLUTELY NO meat on them whatsoever. The rice and beans were decent, but that's about it. My sons "chicken parm" was really thin chicken breast with mexican cheese on top. While dining, we were not checked on until we were done eating. We only had the 1 water our entire time...

I called this place today from (work) place an order the lady is giving me attitude because she can’t hear me, mind you the music it’s load and is people talking. I place my order she never ask me for my cell phone ……. I call back after an hour she answered the phone. She tells me the driver it’s been out side !? Why he didn’t came inside IDK…. I called back the lady because is no one outside like she said she tells me the driver went back to the ‘em restaurant and that he’s not going to do the delivery because it’s too far?!!!! So why in the first place you took my order and the least she would off done is sending the driver back.
