I don’t have enough words to express how special Patrick’s is. I found this bar a few years back when my boyfriends apartment was conveniently located a street over. Very chill environment, delicious food, and great bartenders.
When my father unexpectedly passed away last month, I decided an Irish celebration of life “wake” was the best way to honor his life. I was easily able to get in touch with Patrick and his manager, Susan, and both were more than accommodating.
They blocked off a pool table and allowed us to decorate it with my dads belongings. Patrick, Susan and another bartender Ashley were all there that night, all expressed their genuine condolences in person, and even complimented how the table turned out. When our guest number far exceeded what I had estimated, they did not mind at all and again were more than accommodating. In fact, they wouldn’t even charge me a deposit, given the circumstances. I mean, what a genuine place. It doesn’t get much more pure than that.
Thank you Patrick, Susan and Ashley for what you afforded us during such a tragic time. We had so many laughs (and much needed drinks - I apologize for having to be carried out lol!) and allowing us to celebrate my dad in your space. Your kindness will always...

The Reuben was incredible and the Bangers & Mash was also great. The music was fantastic! Musicians joined in the session and filled the pub with heart felt tune. We hooted and hollard all night! The kitchen has a new/revised menu and the food, from what I've ordered, is very good. The mac and cheese bites, especially. Get them with ranch.
