Every time I go to this Wendy's there's always some sort of issue .A few weeks ago after waiting in line at the drive-thru for over 20 minutes when I finally made it to make my order they break it to me that they were out of nuggets for the night which I was planning to get a couple of nugget Happy meals BUT couldn't do that.. but that's fine I let it go tried getting something different but then I went to order a couple of chocolate frosties and guess what? yep, they were out of chocolate frosties as well! needless to say ,i cancelled my order & drove off. Then couple days after that I decided to give it a try again.. same thing was in line for a good 15 to 20 minutes AGAIN only to make it to place my order & once again found out that there was no chili or chicken for the salads soooo yep, drove off again.
Couple nights after that I decided to try them again I should have known better ,this time after waiting in line again guess?!?! what no frosties AGAIN. So now months have gone by and I thought let's try their breakfast BAD IDEA this time there was no waiting in line at the drive-thru it was fairly quick maybe because it was not even 8:00 a.m. but anyways I ordered one of the honey chicken biscuits and guess what?!? No biscuits,THEY WERE OUT OF BISCUITS and they had practically just opened!!! LOL LOL I thought it was a joke but no there really were no biscuits LOL SMH with all that being said I have not gone back since and not to mention all the young kids that are too busy fooling around and laughing and doing whatever while people are impatiently waiting outside in that drive-thru line only to be told they're CONSTANTLY out of certain items SMH that restaurant either needs New Management or I don't even know whoever makes inventory needs to pay a little bit more attention because a restaurant should not be constantly running out of so many items especially one that is supposed to be open till 4:00 a.m. how is it 7:00 at night and you're already out of things it's...
Read moreI have given this location SO. MANY. CHANCES. The last two times I tried to visit, I placed a mobile order before arriving, to pick up at the drive through. Both times I was behind at least 6 cars. The time before, I waited at least TEN minutes and cars were NOT moving. I callwd the store from my car and asked what was going on? They said their ordering system was down. And they just let everyone wait for nothing. I left the line and went inside. They looked at my app receipt and actually put my order together since I already paid.
Tonight I ordered on the app from their parking lot. The cars were starting to back up but I got in line and again waited, at least five minutes, with NO CAR MOVEMENT and it looked like people were starting to gather inside as well. I cancelled my order and left.
Prior to these horrible experiences, I picked up my mobile order in the drive through and EVERY order had one problem or another. At least a dozen times. Mainly missing items or condiments. Also, chili or potatoes or salads where no utensils or napkins were provided.
I'm not going to be a sucker any longer. This location is managed horribly. Corporate or franchisee have dropped the ball, no, shredded the ball. Did DOGE invade...

LAST FRIDAY WE HAD A LONG DAY AND DESIDED TO GO TO WENDYS ON MANTON AVE PROV. RI I WAS IN LINE FOR 45 MINUTES AND NOT EVEN ASKED WHAT I WANTED TO ORDER! MY BOYFRIEND CALLED MY CELL PHONE ASKING ME WHAT WAS TAKING SO LONG??? I SAID THEY HAD NOT EVEN ASKED ME WHAT I WANTED TO ORDER ...AND THERE WERE ONLY THREE CUSTOMERS THAT WERE STILL IN LINE BEFORE ME STILL WAITING ON THEIR ORDER TO BE FILLED. THE WORKERS AT THIS WENDYS WERE WALKING AROUND LIKE SLOTHS...NO RUSH ATTITUDE. MY BOYFRIEND SAID THIS IS ABSOLOUTELY NOT EXCEPTIBLE SERVICE! 45 MIN WAITING FOR 2 BURGERS AND THE PEOPLE AHEAD OF ME WERE STILL WAITING FOR THEIR MEALS TO BE FILLED.
