Off Broadway Pub — Restaurant in Proviso Township

First, placed multiple orders here over the last year. Tonight, placed an order, and after waiting an hour I saw the order was cancelled. When I called OBP, I was told some "driver" picked it up (likely not a Grubhub driver), and, "Grubhub called back and said we had to remake it. Who's gonna pay for that? Not us, they refunded your order". Great. So to summarize, I'd have happily paid for this order again, but to hear that, with no uncertainty, the customer DOESN'T matter- awesome. So Grubhub screws up, and when I call to inquire the response is to tell me it's being refunded and nothing else? This is how you lose business. On my last visit on national Ruben day I was not dissapointed.

They have a good menu of items for selection to suit nearly all tastes. We particularly like their steak sandwich which we usually share. I just don't eat as much as I used to. For Heartier appetites this selection is plenty satisfying.

Got the Saturday Ribs for 2 special for our first time ever being at this place and it was amazing. Wait staff was super friendly and helped us out with the birthday cake and getting extra utensils and everything no questions. Dropped it to 4 stars because the bathroom is 100% not handicap friendly. My buddy goes here a lot and he said there was only that 1 bathroom so unless the place hasn't said they have 1 to him ill keep...
