If you're disabled, don't even bother trying to hang out here. Lgbtq+ friendly does not mean all are welcome. On their Google, it says they have accessible entrance, accessible seating, accessible walking space, and an accessible bathroom. One of those is true, and it's not any of the ones that actually make for an enjoyable experience (hint: it's the bathroom. Why have an accessible bathroom if I have to fight to get to your bathroom? Bruh) The front door is heavy and not wide enough for a power chair. There's no part of the bar that's lowered for manual chair users and the only wheelchair friendly seating is in a lowered seating area with stairs, meaning you can't even get your wheelchair to the wheelchair friendly tables. The space is tight, especially if you try to go on a weekend. If you wanna play a board game, you have to walk up some stairs to a balcony where they're all stored. The staff said you can bring them down off the balcony, but yeah no way a wheelchair user is going to get to that stuff. Even with my crutch, I probably wouldn't risk it. So, overall, disabled people are not welcome here. The staff was nice and this is no hate to them. Our server/bartender was nothing but sweet. Loved her, wish I caught her name. The food was a mix. Some of it was good, some of it was mediocre. Fried pickles were subpar, and personally they're my go to bar snack, so I was disappointed. The beer list is extensive, which makes sense for a place mini-maxing on 2016 Pacific Northwest hipster culture. But the descriptions on the menu aren't as descriptive as they could be. I'm reading some of the descriptions and I have no clue what the flavor palette of this beer is. Some descriptions are more helpful than others, but one or two tell you absolutely nothing. Maybe I'm being harsh because I was promised accessibility and it was far from that, but overall I had a very disappointing night.

This was my first time since it has opened. I was a regular at the Sanctuary. The atmosphere is much different and very family oriented. There was a child's birthday party when I went and it was a little loud but not a deal breaker. I found a seat at the bar and got menus. The beer selection is great. The specials are decent but I think they could offer a non-bucket beer special. Regardless I Made a good choice for the price. Good summer beer. Looked over the food selections. Opted for a classic burgers really tasty. The fries were soggy but still had a flavor. They seem to be fresh cut. They could have been crispier though. Most everything was great but the time it took to get my food. The others I was sitting next too ordered food before me but right around the same time and their meals took just as long as mine. So that is only reason I have this four stars. I will come back on another Friday night and try it again.

Stopped by for a quick bite. Prices are reasonable. Server was nice. I had a mojito it was refreshing. The food was good. I had a chicken sandwich. It was a big sandwich and the honey was delicious. Very crispy. The atmosphere is chill. I run hot so I felt the place was warm. They had the doors open and fans going but I’d prefer some ac. Other than that, I had a nice time. I’d come back.

When we 1st walked in we were greeted right away. We were given menus soon after. After that we sat at our table for at least 15 minutes before a manager realized that nobody was attending to us. So finally he proceeded over to our table. We asked us if we wanted to start with some drinks. We ordered drinks and those took at least another 10 to 12 minutes the come. So finally after I say at least 25 minutes or better a waitress came over and asked us if we were ready to order. We started out with ordering some wings with the sauce on the side and an order of onion rings. The wings took about 15 minutes .I'm assuming because they were cooked fresh. and yes they were fresh. The only problem with the wings were they put the sauce on them and we clearly chill the waitress that we wanted to sauce on the side. We decided just to keep the wings and they were actually really good. Halfway through the wings we got somebody's attention and asked them where our onion rings were. They told us that they ran out of batter and they were working on The Onion rings. The Onion rings literally came 25 minutes later. The waitress came back and we proceed to order our meal. I ordered the mushroom Burger with cheddar and bacon and obviously mushrooms. The food actually came out a lot quicker than I thought it would. But the 1st bite of my Burger it was very salty where it made me cough. I figured out that it was the sauteed mushrooms that had way too much salt on them. Also my fresh cut fries were extremely salty and under cooked. Needless to say our experience progressively got worse.. My fiance ordered a grilled cheese sandwich with chicken sauteed onions and tomato. She seemed to really enjoy her sandwich and I took a bite of it and yes it was pretty good. Her fries were also very salty and under cooked. The waitress did comp our wings but at that point I would have gladly paid for the wings if the food was better and the service was better. This was our 1st time at this and they did not really make a...

Asked if southern comfort was messy (because it has pepper honey listed as an ingredient), was told, “no it isn’t” by our server (it was). Served steaming hot fries and chicken to my nieces who are both young children. I get it, hot food, but it would be good service to know your table and be considerate etc. My southern comfort chicken sandwich was also steaming hot yet still had a fair amount of un-fried batter under the crust. My stomach is already upset from the half that I ate and I left the other half it was so bad. Half of the arcade machines were broken and would eat your quarters (not even a sign on them to say out of service etc.). Having your customers find the machines to be broken, fried food to be under-cooked or not fried properly, and lied to about the menu items being messy is just poor customer service overall. Would not recommend. The sprite was the only thing that was okay for me. Have had their tacos before and...
