DO NOT BRING KIDS! They should put up a sign. We walked in they put us in the corner and told us make them be quite. Um... There not even talking and were the only ones here. Brought us water said make sure she doesn't spill (talking to the 2 year old) half way through the meal old lady came back and said pick up the food and picked up food from the floor and set it on our table. We heard the food was great so we decided to try. My husband could not decide what to order since this was the first time we were there. He asked for a small sample of the red and green chili to see what he liked better then he could order. We have done this before in other places with no problem. We didn't want a side just a small sample. The owner went completely unhinged. She started hollering at my husband stating she doesn't give free food. We explained we would pay for it but she didn't hear this. She was rude, hateful and her face was so angry. We left and went across Northern to a restaurant called the ALAMO. Buyer beware! Enter at your own risk! The owner is an old, grumpy lady (and that’s putting it nicely). If she wasn’t an elder, I would have put her in her place, but had to contain my anger out of respect. We wanted a smaller, fast meal and tried to order a few of the smothered “famous chicharrón burritos”. She said that those burritos are “to go” only and that we had to order the burrito plates. I asked her why that was not stated on the menu and she flipped!
