Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Pueblo

My family goes in regularly, however that is now going to change! No, service is not welcoming, there all teenagers that are sometimes to busy to clean up the counters, take your order correct or even smile, not one of them especially the person running the window can get some soap and water and wash that sick little piece of glass! The food, wow now this is pathetic, and a this is not a sometimes, occasional or busy time time! Its all the time! Fries are always cold and nasty! Shrimp tastes days old! Lettuce or tomatoes on any sandwich always wilted and again food always tastes old! You people need to get on the ball here! Not just these young people they have running this store, but come on their needs to be a manager "always" on site! Their needs to be some professional adults in this store! Managing the employees, and especially the food!! Come on people this is food! This food you pay for with your hard earned money! You would complain also!! Also all these others 4 and 5 star customers, you know dang well these are the friends or family of the young people working! Because...

This is ABSOLUTELY THE WORST DAIRY QUEEN I have ever been to. I have lived in many states and Dairy Queen is my favorite. My husband spent over 19 mins waiting for the food. Only to get home and find out they had screwed the order up ao bad I couldnt even eat it. The bacon "cheeseburger" had NO CHEESE!!!!! Only a blackened bun a hardened "meat" patty and bacon from sometime yesterday on it. Even an idiot would know to put a piece of cheese on a bacon CHEESEburger!!!!! We waited 19 minutes and stilllllllll could not even eat the food. My husband took the food back and the lady wasnt even the least bit apologetic or empathetic. Did not offer to remake the food or resolve the issue. Simply gave him his $11 back. $11for a regular size hotdog(not the big long one on the commercial normal to any other state i had DQ in) some fries and a crispy blackened bun on a CHEESELESSS burger. I showed up 15 minutes before closing. And the chairs were already up and the staff was putting everything away. Not being able to take a hint, my date and I ordered drinks. I got a grape slush. It was good. I like artificial grape flavor. Yummy. I just wanted to meet this guy. I just needed a few minutes to size him up and see if we should go out for dinner. We sat down and were almost immediately approached by one of the staff who wanted to let us know that the dining area was closing in five minutes. Which was five minutes before they close. I'm sorry. If you close at 10, anyone who walks in at 9:59 gets served and gets to sit and eat at their leisure. Now, I think that person would be a jerk. But I came in at 9:45 and got a drink. It was pushy and rude. But I can't be too harsh. They did have grape slushes. And they were super nice and helpful when I lost my phone there.
