So every single time I go to this Sonic I have an issue with a worker called Mikayla. She is incredibly rude and always makes excuses never owning up to whatever the issue is. And somehow she wants you to believe that she is making the food exactly as it should be when every single sonic in the area is making it differently. Even something as simple as the new Bblt sandwiches. I went to the Sonic on Sante Dr and the one on the south side and there was actually bacon in the sandwich. Every bite had bacon in it and was made portionality, however I go to this one and there was two and a half slices of measly bacon. There was more tomatoes the bacon on the Bblt. Tried to call and I get Mikaylah again who claims everyone else must be making them wrong because she knows they were made correctly. I've had issues before where I've gone there to get one of the crispy tender sandwiches and there was one strip instead of two. I've gotten chili tots and I got 4 tots and a spoonful of chili. This is ridiculous and that women refused to believe anything was wrong. She's screams and yells and cuts you off in middle of sentences. She is the most beligerint rude person I have ever spoken too

Every now and then, I get a good a decent strawberry cream slush. This is now the final straw because it cost me $17.62 for 2 large vanilla ice creams with a hint of strawberry and ice. With a ridiculous price like that, you’d think they’d take a little initiative, and probably measure the ingredients, per the (most likely) provided directions. We pulled into a stall (having used the drive through first) and pressed the red button. Now, on a different day, and probably having paid $2 per cream slush instead of nearly $9, I would have let it go. But, I decided to treat myself and my sister since we’ve been having quite a difficult experience lately. We pressed the red button…….and say there, I would say, a good 8 minutes. What better way to piss off an already slightly annoyed customer, than to ignore a call from the stall? I do say ignore, because with one other occupied stall and one truck in the drive through at the window, you should at least be able to say “I’ll be right with you.” Since you’re so slammed.

Sonic's food is good. My only issue is the disgusting black grease slick that starts at the employee exit and goes across the lot to each stall. The concete looks like the burnout area at a race track!! Oozing liquid has also been leaking from the dumpster area and tracked around as well. If a store manager can't address cleanliness on the outside of the store, where customers can see things, imagine the filth on the inside of the restaurant. Buy or rent a pressure washer to clean the concrete. I think McDonald's has an employee clean their sidewalks and lot a couple times a month. You'd be surprised what a little soap, water and effort can accomplish.

As far as I'm concerned, Sonic has always offered a wide variety of speedy, tasty eats that are a solid, deeply carved notch above the rest of Anytown's fast food fare. They have a great selection that goes far beyond the burgers and fries the OTHER joints are content to keep giving us year after year. The seating arrangement is absolutely genius, a win win situation. Sonic saves a bundle by not having to pay for the rent and upkeep of a dining room, and the diners get the novel experience of getting served in the comfort of their own car! How convenient is THAT?! You are in total control of the tunes, the climate, and, if you're a smoker as I am, your car also becomes your very own smoking section, where you'll be taken back to a time when restaurants treated smokers smokers like people instead of lepers and actually allowed to enjoy a square at any time before, after, or during their meal.) Unfortunately, despite all of the afore-mentioned awesomeness, I had a relative call me up one day and tell me she was disgruntled over a long wait one day (unusual for this particular Sonic), so she decided to contact Sonic to complain. Shortly afterward, the very same day, the head manager of that Sonic called her up himself, apologized profusely, explained the reason for the wait that day, and did everything he could to make things right. He really went above and beyond for her. We were both EXTREMELY impressed. Thank you, Sonic, for being so cool and for always being there as an alternative to the dull burger -- whether I want a corn dog, a sour cherry slushie, a giant, soft and salty pretzel, an Oreo and Cookie Dough icecream "Blast", cheeserrific mozerella sticks -- the delicious list goes on and on and always leaves me satisfied. When incomes to awesomeness, Sonic gets a...

I don't know what it is with these billion dollar fast food corporations, but their apps are horrible. I tried placing an order through the Sonic app yesterday, bc drinks are half price when you do. Whenever I'd press the place order button though, the app would just hang. I didn't want to stop it, for fear of getting double charged, but finally had to after waiting over 5min. This happened 3 times, on 2 separate devices! It should not be this difficult to give a company your money! Then when we arrived there, the check in button would throw an error every time I tried to enter my stall number, preventing me from letting them know I was there. I ended up having to call them. And to top it all off, they were out of blue coconut, which was the only reason we ordered from Sonic in the first place. It would be nice if they at least told you, or prevented you from placing order in app, but they don't. As bad as that was, it's still not as bad as BKs app though.

The only reason they are getting 3 stars is because the workers at the location I went to were excellent. Friendly, cheerful tone (smiling and utilizing inflection), appropriate empathy statements, and fast, accurate, service (I analyze/evaluate customer service interactions for a living). If it weren't for them, this place would...
