Whoever is in charge of this store needs to fire the manager named Kristin. I was in last Friday afternoon at 1pm. Lunch time. There was one girl in the place with several other customers. As I entered I was informed they were out of meatballs, tuna, olives and a few other things. Ok, nbd. After waiting 15 mins for her to.finish up with the other customers, the girl behind the counter informed me that they didn't have any change and that I'd have to pay with a card. Ok, nbd. Her manager, Kristen,.was apparently out getting change. As she was preparing my sandwiches, the manager came back. She went into her office while the line behind me was getting larger. The poor girl behind the counter ran out of EVERYTHING that I needed on my sandwiches so another 10 mins, still don't have my order. Kristin, the manager NO WHERE TO BE FOUND! Finally as I paid with my card bc apparently the manager never even got the change, Kristen came out from the back on her phone and tried leaving this poor girl AGAIN! This is when I asked her name and told her how awful it was to leave her employees in the weeds like this. I'm in the service industry, and I'm in management and I would NEVER leave one of my staff member to drown like that. Shame on her. 30 mins, 30 mins to get my sandwich! And the manager left anyway without even helping. She should be ashamed of herself. That poor girl.    Read moreWent 3 different times .. Completely different weeks... First time i was overcharged for my normal 6 in. I was charged over 10 bucks for sandwich alone.. No extras. Reg spicy italian. I brought it up.. The girl tried to argue and got another lady who fixed it and apologized. 2nd time i went in there the lady 2 people before me was overcharged and nobody said anything. Almost 20 bucks for 1 footlong.. No extras.. Person before me got loaded bacon with double meat.. Was rang up for a veggie sub.. I couldnt believe my eyes.. So i ordered and they once again tried to over charge.. Inmentioned it. The girl apologized immediately and fixed it. This is the 3RD time now.. I went in and ordered the same thing.. Once again same over charged total.. I was the only customer.. I said something and asked why it keeps happening. They said the same thing as before.. Oops.. Im sorry.. We will work harder to fix the issue.. Cmon bro.. 3 times .. 3 different weeks.. Many different customers.. This place is stealing from customers and obviously hooking some of them up with deep discounts.. I hope i can meet and become friends with employees so i too can get charged almost nothing for a meal.. But in the mean time.. How about charge normal prices for your food.    Read moreIf I could give a zero star, I would. First, we pulled up at 8;15 pm. to get something to eat, and we were greeted by the most rude employee I have ever seen. We pulled up and got out of our truck, and the employee came out and sat down outside of the restaurant. She began to tell me that we could park in front of the store, to which my response was ok. She then stated that they could not take credit card and could only take cash, to which my response was ok again, she then said I will be in there in a minute while she continued to sit on the ground and smoke her cigarette. I walked inside and waited for her to come in. I kept looking for her, and she continued to make me wait while she smoked. I then got tired of waiting for her and walked out. I told her on the way out that she had the worst customer service. All she did was shrug her shoulders and continued to smoke her cigarette. Her next response was to me was "I told you I would be in a minute." This is very bad customer service. I will never stop at this place again! We told her that we were going to report this to Corporate, and all she could do was flip us off as we drove off. Something needs to be...
