Had these guys upgrade my son's AMD gaming computer so that it was able to run the HTC Vive virtual reality gaming system. I mainly dealt with another young man in the office, not Zack himself because Zack was usually in the field. But I did eventually get to go over all of the work done with him in the end. And he helped us with a quick run through of how everything was going to work. Service was excellent from both men, and all the upgrades worked like a dream. The price & labor rates were great, so I even added a few more upgrades to the CPU to keep it running smoother, faster, & hopefully extend the overall life of the computer. Again, the service was great & all repairs were done in house in a very reasonable amount of time. They also did an excellent job of keeping me informed during the process with phone calls to ensure I got what I was looking for. These guys rock, I had a laptop that crashed and it had well over 10 years worth of photos and important tax documents that I thought were lost forever.

I pulled the hardrive from the laptop and attempted to retrieve the files myself with a cheap $30 Amazon hard drive reader. It ended up not working.
