My fiancé and I were in a rush for lunch and excited to get our sandwiches—until we opened them upstairs. They looked crushed, like they'd been punched through the wrappers. Worse, they forgot the turkey we paid extra for and didn’t include it on the sandwich that was supposed to have it. We went back down to fix the order and were met with skepticism, as if we were trying to scam them. Even after showing photos, the staff pushed back but eventually remade one sandwich. This location is at the College. I decided to check it out and ordered a bacon and cheddar sandwich. Quite the disappointment! I thought it would look like the pictures you display but the opposite. The bacon was so thinly sliced, I had to open the sandwich to see it. I've never seen a farm fresh egg that small. The cheddar cheese looked like a spread cheese.
