Really disappointed in the customer service as well as product options. A drink that I've been getting for over a year has suddenly changed, and when I asked the lady at the window about it, she just blew me off and said it hadn't changed. When I asked further because it was clearly different suddenly, then she said it had been discontinued. Basically, now you have to pay extra for what you got for free in the past. While trying to figure out more about this since there wasn't anyone in line behind me, she literally just turned away from the window and started working on something else while I was in mid sentence. Didn't even attempt to finish the conversation or even say goodbye. Just turned around and walked away. Extremely rude. I wasn't mad or anything about what she had told me, I was genuinely just asking questions, because I want to figure out if the old way the drink was sold was still an option. I guess she thought I was taking up too much of her time though, and she just left in the middle of the conversation. Between the awful customer service, and the fact that the only drink I liked there is gone, I don't think I'll be back...
Read moreI spend plenty of money at Starbucks...I am traveling right now. I stopped at this location this morning a little after 830am. I brought in my own Starbucks 🥤 cup. I ordered a Venti coffee, with 4 agave & 4 Stevia, and coconut milk because I am lactose intolerant. When they called my name, I only received 12 ounces of coffee in my 24 ounce cup. It wasn't sweet enough to have the sweetener I politely requested. It only had a mere splash of coconut milk. I called this location to ask for the manager's name & when she will be next. Originally I didn't even receive my cup discount or 25 points for being environmentally conscious!!! The associate on the phone I spoke with (wrote my name down) and said next time I come in they would fix it. I came in the same day at 4pm and asked for a supervisor, an associate claimed to be a supervisor and told me they could not do anything to fix it. Read moreIt was like they were hiding the mobile orders. I have great respect for the associates at Starbucks. They provide me with more than just coffee. Today, I went to get my mobile order. I didn't see it on the counter. So I didn't approach. They were very busy, so I was going to wait my turn. NO ONE asked me what I needed. No one greeted me. After about 8-10 minutes other mobile orders after me were coming in to get their orders. I decided to go ask. Still no one greeted at the counter. As I waited there I saw orders behind a sign on the counter. Not in the mobile area. I saw what could be my order and asked for help. The associate seemed upset that I bothered her. I have always given the employees the benefit of the doubt before I decide they are being incompetent. Usually they're just busy. Today, it was silly not to put the mobile orders where someone could see them. No one was being greeted or asked what they needed. So, look behind the counter for your order at this store or ask...
