I went into the store on Thursday and made a complaint. The GM called me on Friday to personally apologize. For anyone who has a negative experience you have to go in and talk to Vicki. The responses here are automated and complaints never make it to the store. She canât fix it if she doesnât know itâs broken. She had me bring my son in and she personally apologized to him for the behavior of her employees. This is a quality of a great manager and I feel like my complaints were addressed appropriately.
I hate that I have to pick up DoorDash orders from here. Especially at night. The morning/early afternoon staff is so wonderful but late afternoon/evening itâs terrible! About a week ago the place was packed with families and the employees were screaming the f bomb every other word. I stood there for 10 minutes, multiple staff members acknowledged me but never asked what I needed. One staff member called a customer an idiot for asking an honest question. When an elderly gentleman asked how long his food was going to take the same employee yelled back into the kitchen âhey how long is that long ass food order going to take?â Like seriously dude?
Last night we went to celebrate my sonâs first little league win. We should have just went to McDonalds. We stood at one register while the same guy that likes to yell at people stood bent over by the other one scrolling on Facebook, phone in plain view on the counter. Every employee made it clear that it wasnât their job to help us, it was the other persons job. One of the employees even made it clear that the cars pulling into the drive thru were a massive inconvenience for him.    Read moreCame to Dairy Queen ordered small cheese curd small onion ring a Sunday with strawberry and caramel Mountain Dew with light ice frosted animal cookie blizzard and a cotton candy blizzard was on my way out of town 15 minutes into my drive we noticed that the cotton candy blizzard was actually given to us as a cookie dough blizzard called in made a complaint was told that they wrote my name down so that I could come back when I got back into town and I would get it replaced because of that I didn't think I needed my receipt so the receipt was thrown away when I came back into town I was told that my name was not written down in their complaints and since I didn't have my receipt they would not be able to reimburse me Even though I was able to give them the exact Order in the exact day and time they said after telling me if I had the total of the order they could look it up they said they couldn't put in those items and find out the total and look at the order for me and without the receipt they could not reimburse me so since I was given the wrong item which was their fault and then the person who said they wrote down my name and the complaints didn't again their fault they still wouldn't reimburse very rude horrible customer service will never be coming back here lived in this town for 13 YEARS and always gone to Dairy Queen sucks that I'm not gonna be able to go...
   Read moreBeen going to Dairy Queen off and on every week for the last year, I come to Pullman every week for my dog lymphoma treatment at the WSU Vet anyways pulled up late afternoon yesterday on March 12 and immediately got behind some nut old man who had the window down cursing because he seemed to be frustrated the line was too long or taking too long. Iâm not sure, but he just sat there cursing in his car. Thought I would pull up to a disgruntled employee. When I pulled up to get my cherry dipped cone. I pulled out my cell phone, wallet, and realized it did not have my debit card in there. My son always takes them out and throws them or hides of different places. The employee said with the smile on his face, not to worry about it And it would be on the house. I own five different businesses and some people might not like this, but it was really smart on the employees part. There was four cars behind me roughly, and I was just really impressed with the smile on his face and he genuinely said have a nice day which I was really surprised to see considering that that was in front of me. I figured I would have some bad employee, but I just really impressed with this young man and his judgment running a fast food restaurant.
