McDonald's — Restaurant in Punxsutawney

I was embarrassed to have my family witness this event. A customer ordered from there car at window was asked to pull forward. Not uncommon but that one car sat there for over a half hr at least before he got out and came inside to see what the issue was. They had his money never even made his order and was not able to scan back far enough to see what they ordered. They offered him a free qtr. pounder for his troubles. While seeing this horrible deal 2 separate people came in from drive thru one had no meat at all on his sandwich. He opened it and there was never a piece of meat on the buns. The second customer said I ordered and paid for 2 big Mac meals and I got a fry and 2 cheeseburgers. After driving for over 7 hrs we wanted to just grab a easy meal and stretch out. The day I went there it took them forever to wait in line. First they got my order wrong. 2nd, I had to go around in the line again, cause they forgot to give me one of my drinks. I give them my business, but the lines take forever. What ever happened to the FREE MEAL they was suppose to give you when you had to wait in line, not just once, but 2 times, plus my order was totally wrong????? If they have to throw things in the garbage when that timer goes off, why can't they give a free meal to those who have to wait so long in the line, and have to go around again and get in line to get the drink they forgot to give me, or that they got my order totally wrong. I had to move up and wait the time before that, cause my unsalted fries weren't done. Its suppose to be a fast food Restaurant. Laugh out loud to that. It's slow all the time. It was a quick stop between appointments. Fast and friendly service. Usual mcdonald's menu. Not a very large parking lot. Ample size for this location. This mcdonald's seemed like a neighborhood mcdonald's - NOT like an interstate NOR inner-city mcdonald's. I didn't like the location of the restrooms. It seemed like those waiting in line could possibly see inside the restroom when the door was open. I didn't actually check. Well kept restrooms. Rather busy drive-thru for a smallish place but, it looked like the employees were doing a nice job of keeping up. Easy off and on city style street. A few blocks from Rt879 & Rt153. A couple miles through downtown from Rt322, but easy to navigate. No RV or Tractor Trailer nearby (possibly in a store's parking lot across the road, maybe...). Overall a...
