Earth's Energy Coffee and Tea — Restaurant in Putnam Township

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my to help others make an informed decision. Unfortunately, this coffee shop completely missed the mark in both service and quality.

From the moment you walk in, the staff (owners) show a clear lack of courtesy and professionalism. It was disappointing to be treated with such disregard!

The drinks themselves were also disappointing! You would expect more from an establishment that promotes itself as a premium coffee spot. On top of that, there were several inconsistencies between what the owners claimed and what was actually delivered, which raises serious concerns about their honesty and integrity.

Absolutely obsessed with Earth’s Energy. This place is a hidden gem in downtown Pinckney—more than just a coffee shop, it’s a whole vibe. Everything is organic, clean, and intentional. You can taste the quality in every sip, whether it’s a latte, herbal tea, or one of their adaptogenic blends. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about wellness, and the whole space makes you feel like you’re doing something good for your body and mind.

Was super bummed - I ordered a nonfat chocolate latte. They dumped so much sugar free Hersheys chocolate into it that it tastes like luke warm chocolate milk, cannot taste the coffee at all. There was no foam on the top like a normal latte. When I got home, I dumped it into a mug to warm it to a coffee temperature and the whole button of the coffee cup they gave me was covered in the chocolate syrup.
