Wendy's — Restaurant in Putnam

This is the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. The drive through was a long wait. Got to the front the large ice coffee i ordered was about 12 ozs. That's not large by anyone's understanding, though the kid at the drive through mumbled it was. Then was asked to pull up for my chicken wrap and potato. When i received it there was no utensils or napkins in the bag. Not sure how they expect you to eat a baked potato with no fork or spoon or anything. Went inside and they had a modest line with 3 customers waiting to have orders taken, 1 customer waiting for their placed order, and no one in the front at register. The kid working the food line had dual headphones in listening to music which is why the fries that were beeping done weren't getting pulled from the fryer. Finally this huge unmade bed of a guy shambles to the register. Hair everywhere, filthy shirt that looked like a sheet on him untucked and just hanging down. I don't know what manager works here but they apparently don't care about corporate dress policies and enforcing them. Once i got his attention, he was looking lost at getting ready to take the next person's order i was able to get the utensils. Do not waste your time here, find another Wendy's, you'll be doing...

I order just a Chicken wrap meal with a chocolate shake. That is it. I had to Wait in line for 20 minutes and their were only 2 cars ahead of me. When, I finally got to the window to pay it came to $23.58. I am thinking that is ridiculous for just meal with a chocolate shake. My food was not even ready when I got to the window. I paid and had to pull forward while they waited for the fries to cook. Another, 10 minutes and they still forgot about my chocolate shake. So I had to wait even longer. Then they finally brought my food out. When, I got home I realized they changed me for 2 orders. One order I never even made. I think it is some kind of cheese burger. The medium fries were barely half way filled. If, I was paying for 2 meals I certainly never received a second drink. However, I paid for it. I even questioned about the price. The kid was like "I don't Know"? Ugh..... Ridiculous, there were 4 young kids working and from what I saw only one family in the restaurant. So much for Fast Food when it took 30 minutes to get the order...

Clean your restrooms. 1 stall had a tower of toilet paper piled up. Second stall had an employee in it for 15 minutes and she left some of her bowels behind. Her comment to me was "well this one may not be any better thsn the other stall!" Also she did not wash her hands. I decided to not use the restroom and not eat at your establishment. On my way out the employee from my restroom esperience was sitting at a dine in table and eating chilli and crackers. She said to me " Have a god night ma'am!" Im not old so ma'am was ridiculous and almost as if she wanted ne to see her at her break esting since she did not wash her hands and lefr a vile mess in restroom and did not bother to tell any other emoyees sk the matter could be handled. Lets just hope before going back tl work after her break she washed her hands and handled the vulgar/vile mess in the ladies restroom. Will I ever enter this establishment again? Even if in dyer need? Hell no! I rather starve or piss my pants! Disgusting! This was in Putnam Ct Dec 5 2018...
