Holds up to other pita pit franchises, nice to have another good option when visiting Quincy.
I do have to add an update, the on line ordering here is terrible! This caused a revision to the star rating. The food is fine, but the online ordering really needs some attention.
I placed an order for 15 people, several hours later I had called to see our food was coming as it was five minutes late, turned out they did not do anything with the order! You. An blame it on the fax line, fiber one, and everyone else, but if you offer this as a service it really needs to work. This error cost me several man hours as we had to take our crew off site for lunch as opposed to eating on site as previously scheduled.
I received no call, e mail, or anything. I was pissed and stopped by the store, of course they were very sorry, but my team is the ones that are out a significant amount of money. It would be nice to have this acknowledged, I don't expect compensation, but just let people know what you are doing...
Read moreI have been working in Quincy lately, right up the road from the pita pit. My boss decided to take me here one day for lunch. I was thinking to myself the whole time that the pita pit sounded like some sort of vegan bar or something. I'm a carnivore and I'm not into anything vegan. I will have you know that this place is my new favorite franchise restaurant hands down to go to. I cannot wait to take my wife here. I was there today and got to talking to the guy behind the counter. And I told him exactly what I just said not realizing he owned the place. After he informed me he owned the place and took my point of view as a compliment we got to talk in a little more. What a great guy. He made great conversation, took a bit of a leap of faith in his investment he just made. And I will be a returning customer hands down. This gentleman and his wife deserve five stars just as much or more than anybody I've ever given a review to. Go and see...
Read moreFirst time in the store !!! Mon 11/21/16 @ 3:00PM. When the pita bread came out of the heater/toaster it was placed straight on to the bare counter in front of the condiments !!! When I questioned him why he did not put the wrapper paper down first so hopefully the bread would be on the paper, which should be more sanitary, he snapped back " Because that is the way I was trained " and I explained it only made since to NOT lay your pita bread on a counter which may or may not be clean !!! but he would not listen !!! I suggested he MIGHT want to go down the street to SUBWAY and watch how they made a sandwich !!! They put the wrapper paper down and put the bread on the paper !!! but he was not interested slapped the sandwich up on the counter and walked away !!! he never even pretended to be the least bit interested !!! First trip in and the last !!! NOT the way to impress a new customer !!! ...
