Burger King — Restaurant in Río Grande

We went to Burger Kings in Rio Grande, PR. We used the drive through. Line was long. Took approximately 1/2hr to be able to order our food. The order taker spoke so fast, I’m PR. I could barely understand her. I ordered Premium Fish Sandwich, Sprite with no ice and Onion Rings 🧅 I didn’t get ketchup or even Onion Ring Sauce- Manager stated this is Puerto Rico and it cost extra for all condiments. To my understanding Burger King is a franchise and they all serve the same thing and charge for the same things. Never heard of paying for any condiments back in the US unless we asked/ordered extra condiments. I guess it’s how the Manager delivered the message.
