We read that Palio had a VALENTINE’s special menu and thought we would check it out. This has got to be the most creative chef on the island. We started with the rosti with beet salmon gravlax and it was perfectly displayed and the taste was sublime. It was followed by a rose petal maracuyá sorbet that cleansed the palette to get ready for the entree. We chose the petite fillet mignon. Just the right seasoning, cooked to perfection, flavorful amd filling. The dessert we chose was chocolatissimo and it was outstanding. Do not leave Puerto Rico until you dine here and go for the Valentine’s menu. It will not disappoint.

I had breakfast here instead of the buffet with all your regular breakfast food that I can get anywhere. Miss Joanne took great care of me, the mimosas were nice and strong, and the food was absolutely amazing! And definitely big portions. The whole experience was a highlight for me. Thank you! And as far as price goes, everything in this area is expensive because they know people come here to vacation. I spent $11 on a breakfast sandwich in town and $19 on this giant dish haha

It is advisable to go with a reservation through the site. The atmosphere is very pleasant and the service of the employees and the waiters are excellent. The appetizer was chicken soup and it was delicious. The food was Snapper and Lobster Seafood with Tagliatelle. They were delicious and on another level. It is worth dining in this place with your partner or family. You will have a good time and eat well!!! Recommended.

My recent visit to Palio left me with mixed feelings. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the atmosphere was pleasant. The food was undeniably amazing, fresh, and tasty. However, the service was slow, and I was surprised by the presence of hidden fees on the bill. While the culinary experience was outstanding, the slow service and unexpected charges detracted from an otherwise enjoyable evening.

Great atmosphere, food and service. Expensive but the restaurant is inside the hotel and the materials are of great quality. Everything we tasted was great! Steaks are not in the photos but they were great too!
