This would be a great review because the food was awesome but I was overcharged. And I reached out to fix the situation and was ignored. It was my first time ordering. They had the 40 piece wings for $38. I asked if I could split the wings into two different flavors and was told yes. Before handing my card over I asked if it was the $38 for 40 wings she said yes. She gave me a paper to sign with no amount on it. I left and when I got home I realized upon checking my bank account they charged me $52 instead of $38. I reached out immediately but they were closing and was told someone would reach out in the morning. No one reached out until I reached out again. They said I was charged for 2 20 piece wings instead of the 40 piece. A whole $14 more because I wanted a different flavor. If I would have been told it was going to cost $14 more I would have stuck with one flavor. I feel like communication is lacking and they should have it posted on the menu only 1 flavor for the wings that way there is no misunderstanding and people won’t be over charged again. Waited over 40-mins for an order or wings and bacon bombs - and they were not busy. The cook literally would just stand there staring into the great unknown. I watched him pull the wings out of the fryer and he let them sit for over 20-mins. He walked into the back & after almost 10-mins the bartender went to find him. This happened twice. Then he put the wings on the grill, turned them once & tried putting on a pair of gloves for the 3rd time. He went to the restroom & was in there for over 10-mins & another employee had to go knock a few times for him to come out. When he did emerge he was scattered & all over the place. The bartender was very rude & unhelpful. We will never go back to this establishment. This is a bummer because we like to support the little guy more than the chain...

Interesting version of an Italian beef. I got the ron senior's italian beef and it resembled more of a pulled pork sandwich on a kaiser than the traditionally sliced beef on a long roll. Being from Chicago originally, it was a bit hard to understand calling it italian beef, but I will say it did taste good. I had a nice cup of au jus on the side and I added some giardiniara to my order since that is my norm. I wished they had sweet peppers, but now I see why that probably wouldn't make sense.
