Dunkin' — Restaurant in Radcliff

Ordered the Wicked donut tray and two hashbrown cups via mobile order. Arrived and waited 10 mins for the person to even come on the speaker, told them I had a mobile order and they asked me to pull to the window. Once at the window, I was handed one hashbrown cup and was told have a great day. Told them, no I have 2 of these and the wicked tin of donut holes. Guy seemed annoyed, closed the window and came back with the tin shown in the photos. Paid $10 for this. Also, had to mention a second time that I needed another hashbrown cup to complete my order. Guy said "yeah, I know", closed the window again and came back like 3 mins later and asked me to pull up to the second window. Sat another 5 mins for him to bring me this hashbrowns. Not impressed with the quality of the items I purchased nor the service I recieved. Also the bacon on the hashbrowns was completely black and burned. Really disappointed since this is such a new location and typically new locations actually try. Don't think I'll be visiting this one again and I don't recommend it. First visit here: Very poor layout for walk in customers. One donut disply case is partially filled with a few different donuts facing the customer. Another case againt the wall turned 90 degrees so you don't see it, and if you do, can't see the items in it. Another, so she said, is back in the kitchen. Most likely where they thaw them out since obviously they don't make them onsite. More space is given to the coffee tapper bar and juice case than the food items. Overall a very poor selection to choose from. Bought 6 different donuts to try, and a hot coffee / mocha. Donuts were "at best" a day old - dry and tough. Not what you should expect or get from a donut shop charging this much - Walmart and gas station donuts are far better. Hot coffee was luke warm, not hot, and obviously a mix instead of freshly brewed. Very poor experience to spend over $12.00 for stale donuts and tepid...

Wish I never came here in the first place. I started noticing issues after my kids had already begun eating, which made the whole experience even more upsetting. I normally cook at home, but this morning I just didn’t have it in me, so I stopped at this location and honestly, never again. The environment felt sketchy from the moment I pulled into the parking lot. The bacon and hash browns had odd colors that did not look safe. And the worst part? Two donuts in the box looked like they had been bitten. 🤢 That is completely unacceptable for any establishment, especially one serving families.
