Taco Bell — Restaurant in Radcliff

Absolutely the most reprehensible visit to a restaurant we've ever had. Taco Bell Radcilff, KY at 10PM on Friday evening, October 2023. We stopped and had placed a mobile order. The inside was closed, so we were required to use the drive thru instead. The savory characters accepted our online order at the speaker and had us pull to the window. The 3 employees then talked amongst themselves about the order and asked us to pull around to the door and they would get the order to us. After 20 minutes of additional waiting, I tapped on the door and they looked at me and motioned for me to wait while they helped 10 or so other cars in the drive thru. I took a couple of photos of the employees working to document for corporate to whom I then emailed on the spot. The employees decided they would hide and peek around the corner pointing at my picture taking. I couldn't believe I was experiencing the most unprofessional visit ever to a restaurant. We left with no food, no refund and still 3 weeks later haven't had a response from corporate outside of the automated email response to know they received it. Time to head to the...

Avoid at all cost, unless you like to be overcharged. 10$ for a burrito and taco is wild Your tacos slack compared to what they used to be, literally the size of a notepad. Your burritos are alright but not worth 70% of what an average person makes per hour. What the hell happened to their being 7$ boxes and why are they 10$(+)? Also customer service is wildn too, I walked in to check the prices and realized I'd be broke before I I could even feel any it satisfied by the food, so I went to the neighboring BK who has an deal of 3 for 7, and what's crazy is they keep the same deal as they say on TV. Wild right? Also had the common decency to at least say "have a good night" before I walked out and all I got is "alright". After multiple bad experiences, I've decided to share. I ask for "easy chipotle" and a freeze drink. The drink isn't even close to being filled up (literally halfway) and the chipotle sauce is OVERWHELMING with the amount of it and oozing out of the sizes a lot. Basically a sauce burrito; disgusting. The other soft taco isn't anything compared. I wish it would let me share the photo I took of my meal.

I now have to remake my meal at home. Extremely frustrating when I have Sunday duties while I'm off work. "Fast food" should be convenient, no?

This TB had such a great start and I was impressed the first few weeks (most likely mgmt making sure it was a "good opening" for the new location) but it's went bad fast. I live close, visit during various shift, and TB is basically the only fast food I eat, so I really hope they make some updates. I'll leave my 1 star until I see...
