I came into the store looking for a circuit breaker that I could not find at the other general purpose hardware stores (owes and *omeepot), expecting to pay a premium price for the privilege of getting the breaker instantly. I was very pleasantly surprised when the breaker cost about 10% less than similar breakers at the other stores. Further, when I asked why I should not mix brand names in my breaker panel, I received a detailed yet simple explanation that made sense (contrasted with the explanation I received at the other store -- "You don't want to do that!").
