Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Radford City

It's been a few weeks, but the fact I'm still angry confirms I need to share my experience. my wife went in to get our pizza and she was ignored, finally after a couple minutes of the employees chit chatting with their friend that was in there, they asked her for her name. They said it wasn't ready so she came back out to the car, she waited about 5-10 minutes and went back in, they completely ignored her again. I decided I would go in and keep her company. While I was in there, the guy in the back dropped something that looked like bread sticks on the ground. The friend that was watching him, said to him, don't worry, I won't tell if you don't. He then put it back and continued making it. I couldn't believe it. I also couldn't believe how much time I had been ignored considering only being standing beside my wife and talking to her, I didn't make it obvious we had the same order. Finally, the better dressed guy walked over and asked for my name. He then walked over and GRABBED MY ORDER that had been sitting there!!! I couldn't believe it. I'll NEVER go to this location EVER again. The fact that they have a sign that says "better than papa johns" is laughable! I understand they're college kids, but I would imagine by the age of 14, you'd have better customer service and people skills than these guys. God help their future employers in whatever field...

Normally i have a very good experience with this dominos, but i hardly ever order through delivery. This time i did because i’m sick with the flu, my order was over 10 minutes late so i called the store to see where it was. They put Ivan on the phone and he told me he delivered it to my address. I said i had not received it and i went outside to check and it was not on any of my neighbors doorsteps. I was also checking outside to see if a delivery car pulled up and i never saw one. In my delivery instructions I had to ring the doorbell and my doorbell never rang. I explained this to him and he insisted on arguing with me and basically accused me of lying to get more food. The manager was also concerned about my food getting to the right place when I spoke with him. There was a lot of unnecessary back and forth that led me to requesting a remake and refund. Then he hung up on me and he had an attitude the whole time. I understand that there are people out there who pull scams to get free food, but that’s not an excuse to treat other customers poorly. I was being polite and just wanted my food that I have been now waiting on for an hour, and it was clearly the delivery driver’s mistake. Poor customer service with drivers and I will always get carry out...

They charged my card the other night and never gave me my order I paid it for it in cash!!

Tonight they deliver the food to my neighbors or somewhere idk, and basically refused to remake it I told them no I ordered because I was hungry I don’t want a credit and they wouldn’t remake the food it’s just a completely awful ran Domino’s needs to be shut down!!

If they are struggling on a Thursday night with two cheese pizzas with light sauce for me and my two little boys then they don’t need to be called a pizza place!! Love a hungry busy mom who simply wanted you all to be able to follow through!!

So I go to sleep in a bad mood hungry and over an hour later they’re beating on my door and ringing my phone. Expecting me to pay cash for an order they messed up over an hour and 40 minutes ago!!! They got me out of bed because they wanted my tip or caught up on orders… what!!?? Because they clearly stated they were not making the food they were giving...
