Goodness Bowls — Restaurant in Radnor Township

I recently ordered two cold-pressed juices from Goodness Bowl and decided to add ginger to both. However, my experience was disappointing from the start. The juices were delivered not in the usual plastic cups but in plastic bottles that were not sealed or locked, which raised concerns about their freshness and safety. When I contacted the store to address this issue, the staff member explained that they were busy, but I found this response unacceptable. Unfortunately, I was offered no refund, coupon, or discount as compensation.

Regarding the quality of the juices, I would say they are probably about 60% good. While the flavors are generally decent, I found the quality to be quite inconsistent, especially when adding extras like ginger. Sometimes the flavor and freshness were satisfactory, but other times it fell short.

Overall, my experience with Goodness Bowl was mixed. The potential for good, healthy juice is there, but the inconsistency and lack of proper customer service when issues arise leave me hesitant to recommend it...

I’m not sure how this place got 4.7 average stars. The place was clean and the service was friendly. The food did not have a lot of flavor of my. My Wife and I both got the burrito bowl by recommendation of the lady at the counter. It tasted like the chicken was boiled without any flavor. No herbs, spices or anything. The bowl was half diced onions with avocado and black beans and as I said before boiled chicken. The food totally lacked flavor and I thought it was way overpriced for the quality that you received. For a smoothie and a bowl for myself and My Wife got a bowl and a bottle of water. it was $60. I would’ve expected more like $40 or 45 at the most. For a meal that I got. Stopped here while running errands for something quick - ordered a small smoothie and a southwest chicken wrap - almost $30 - rip off - opened my wrap and it immediately fell apart after taking one bite - literally didn’t even take a bite of the second half and it just fell apart while sitting there and made a mess everywhere - also funny there’s supposed to be chicken in it, but I literally counted like two small, shredded pieces - all lettuce, cheese, corn and tomatoes. Sounds like another customer had this issue so clearly the owner does not care to have it addressed. Will not return...
