I've been in this Starbucks twice. Neither time was busy so I thought, great, quick service! The first time was ok. The girl at the register was friendly and answered my questions about the new drink I wanted to order. The batista didn't know how to make it so she explained to her. It was a frappuccino and was ok except that it wasn't well blended and I ended up with a bunch of large ice chunks in the bottom of the cup. Overall not terrible. The second time was awful though. I walked in and thought they were closing. One person sitting at a table with a drink, no staff in sight, only a couple sandwiches out and the muffin case or whatever you call it was empty. Heard staff talking in the back so waited for a few minutes. Eventually 3 people come out of the back, 2 in Starbucks aprons and one not. They all look at me, visibly annoyed at my presence, and the non-aproned one says he should go. I ask one of the employees how late they're open, worrying that they're about to close and already washed dishes or whatever and I'm holding them up. Girl at the register is unpleasant for the entire exchange. She says 9:00. It's 7:30 at this point. I grab a sandwich and order a drink. I hand her a gift card and tell her there only about a dollar left and I'll pay the balance with a credit card. She rolls her eyes. After I order she walks in the back where the other employee has already gone. They come back a couple minutes later and one of then makes my drink. They put the drink on the counter without looking at me and continue their conversation. Eventually I get the girl's attention and ask if she can heat up my sandwich. She huffily grabs my sandwich and brings it back hot a couple minutes later. I sit down to eat, opening the sandwich first to look for any obvious signs of spit or other retribution for the inconvenience of making them work. Didn't find anything so hopefully I didn't get extra ingredients or if I did, I'm in blissful ignorance. Either way, I was initially thrilled at having a Starbucks on my route home now I don't think I'll be...
Read moreI had an outstanding experience at Starbucks, all thanks to the amazing team of Zona, Enes, and Eva. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed by their warm smiles and upbeat energy. You could instantly tell they love what they do and take pride in creating a great atmosphere for customers.
Zona took my order with such care and patience. She listened closely, offered great recommendations, and made sure every detail was noted. Her kind and professional attitude really set the tone for the visit.
Enes was preparing drinks with incredible speed and precision. Even though the store was busy, he stayed calm and efficient, and my drink came out perfect. He added a personal touch by checking in to make sure I was happy with everything, which I really appreciated.
Eva was handling the front and interacting with customers in such a friendly, genuine way. She helped a few customers who had questions, and you could see how easily she made everyone feel comfortable. Her energy was contagious and added so much positivity to the environment.
The teamwork between Zona, Enes, and Eva was seamless. They supported each other, kept things running smoothly, and made every customer feel valued. This kind of service is rare, and it made my visit memorable. Big thanks to all three of them—I’ll definitely be...
Read moreToday I ordered on my Starbucks app anticipating that i would be able to go into the store and pick up my drinks as I do at all other locations. I went inside and waited. About 10-12 minutes after my order had been placed I walked up to the gentlemen working and was just asking if they had received it when this gem who was the cashier promptly snapped at me saying "it's coming ma'am. There's a line!" First of all I wasn't speaking to her nor was I speaking in any sort of tone that deemed that sort of response. I ended up waiting about 15 minutes total while I watched people who came in behind me and ordered their drinks in person get their drinks first. Now I've been to a few places in my life with a drive thru or on line ordering and I assumed the reason you would use such methods is to get what you ordered sooner. Weird how my order was pushed to the far back of the line. Beyond ordered placed well after mine. Needless to say it will be a while before I go back to this Starbucks. Thankfully there is one 5 minutes in each direction that I can go to where I've NEVER had an issue with...
