5 stars *if you correct to reveal the true ounces in a large size: It’s not 24 oz, as written on counter sign: but 20-21 max. I went in person for my first time today, & the very slim tall size seemed doubtful, so I measured at home it with 3 different ounce marked measurers.

• Larger size is “20 oz”- (an honest assertion, if allow a minimal 1/3- 1/2” head space. • Or at max fill, this “24oz” is only 21oz- if filled to brim & almost spilling over. Being 3-4 oz off is significant enough to report. Accuracy matters, for price considerations. (AI search also states it as 24oz., at this location in Raleigh at Five Points).

This is a puzzling mistake, a bit embarrassing, before complaints.

I’m not *complaining, but informing for truth. Otherwise, my Mango-Pineapple was good, & the staff who stated she’d only been there 3 days was nice and smiled. Cute shop.

PS- I must add a good 2nd reason I wanted to know *accurate oz: I need to monitor & increase water intake, & need a *lightweight cup (vs. heavy, large & $$ mugs- which strain my neck problems). These are the cute & surprisingly sturdy cups! Nice lid, not heavy, & with a secure stopper. I now declare it my water cup! ✅ It won’t be heavy to carry & refill 4x/day. (For my 80 oz goal). This place is literally incapable of making your orders correctly. They do not pay attention to things you add on or substitute in the drinks. I’ve been here a handful of times and it’s happened every single time. I’ve never said anything about my orders not being made as ordered until today. I asked for my drink without ice.
