Only giving one star cause it wonât let me put 0. I ordered food on line that went thru at 7:01 saying it would b ready at 7:27. I went in the place about 7:30 and was told it wasnât ready. I then saw the look on the manager/owner/whomeverâs face (with no recognition about the order) and he asked how I ordered it and when I said online, he went to the computer. I could tell from his expression that he had not seen the order before then. He went in the kitchen and said something to the cook and came out to tell me it would be a few more minutes (although I realized it was probably just being prepared). Every time he gave somebody a to go order, he told me it was coming. I called it at 7:46 and told him to refund my order. He again went in the kitchen and told me it was coming now. I didnât feel well and knew he was stilly lying so asked him to refund it again. He finally refunded my money and told me the food was ready so I could take it anyway, but it never came. I finally left (as, surprise, still NO food). Another gentleman came out the door to tell me to wait cause it was coming. I walked to my car slowly, left and drove in front of the place and still no food. It was now an hour so I left. The gentleman called me on my way home and told me the order was ready. I told him I was just pulling up at home. He said they were having difficulties (and although they did seem to be running slow, I was the only one to order 2 items and not have food in an hour). If he hadnât kept lying to me, I could have made the decision to wait for my food or cancel at the beginning. Now over an hour & no food. I have a usual Indian Restaurant and guess Iâll be going back there. BIG disappointment Bombay Curry! Iâll be passing this info...

It was a nightmare to get refunded from Ubereats and so I switched ordering platforms - I just ordered via Doordash and had missing items, receipt on my bag stated they were ordered and inside, but when I opened the stapled bag, they were not - Doordash informed me the restaurant would not redeliver the missing items - when I called the restaurant the ONLY option the restaurant employee who answered gave me was to drive there to get themâŠwhich is not exactly the resolution I was looking for considering I paid and ordered delivery bc I donât live close by. Basically know you can order and just hope your food comes and if not, you wonât get your food and maybe you get a refund through whatever platform you order on, but itâs annoying and stressful to deal with-Really unhappy with their lack of customer service. A shame bc I really love their food but itâs not worth the hassle especially if they arenât willing to take accountability when they mess up in the kitchen bagging stuff and have issues with online ordering systems đąđ©stuff happens but Iâd hope they would not be so dismissive to repeat customers - only so many times I can be willing to understand why my food I paid for doesnât show up. Seriously sad bc Iâve ordered from here so many times but pretty much done now after the person at the restaurant was so unwilling to make it right when I called. It shouldnât be on the customer to drive to you when you forgot to pack my items. Not a way to keep repeat business coming. Consider your customer service approach as this doesnât make...
