The worst experience I’ve ever had at a Starbucks. I ordered an iced green tea matcha lemonade with sweetener and a hot coffee with caramel syrup and creamer in it. I get it out to my car, the green tea isn’t sweetened and the “hot coffee” is room temperature and had a very minimum amount of caramel syrup in it, if any. Take it back inside, my tea was dumped and the last of the green tea they had was used in my drink, which was known when it was made...so they could not remake my drink. (All I needed was sweetener added to it). Hot water was added to my room temp coffee to make it watered down warm coffee. Employees were rude and seemed less than thrilled to be working. Since my tea couldn’t be remade I just asked for an iced caramel macchiato which is something I get often at my usual Starbucks and this one is very watered down. Read moreThe older lady that opening this Starbuck (black lady) is very RUDE and so unfriendly. She takes FOREVER to fix a drink and she seems pretty unhappy with her job that I didn't even tell her to apply for. The other 2 young men that I have seen there are pretty nice but all in all its the SLOWLY Starbucks I have ever been to. You can place an order online and 20 mins later when you get there it still not ready. This morning she kept stated its going to be 10 mins before I get do any shots as if she wanted people to leave, because nobody new was coming in.... but 15 mins later after waiting....she states IDK how long before the machine is ready. Read moreI visited this location today and was very disappointed with the level of customer service provided by the staff. Despite being in need of assistance, I found that the service staff were unhelpful and seemed unwilling to assist customers. Customers may not be familiar with the company's policy ,just hope the employees can give a correct and reasonalbe explanation, but their answer is we just make what you ordered and don't know anything else...This lack of willingness to help left a negative impression on my overall experience at Starbucks.
