A friend of ours wanted to bless our family to meet her at one of her favorite spots since high school in 1978. We entered in, and you see workers working and two persons in front of us ordering. We found out one of the cashiers was FRANK, the founder and owner. Our friend was such a regular that they all, including Frank and his wife, greeted her with smile, laughter, and embraces. Such a family atmosphere. I was encouraged to try the Philly steak, and I did. It was an amazing flavor, hot and fresh. The bread complimented the taste.. lightly crusted and soft on the inside. My husband ordered cheese pizza. The taste assured us that we were in Italian Heaven. It was a great delight. The sauce and cheese blend, and that amazing crust spoke volumes. Our daughter had chicken fingers and fries. Homemade juicy and fries cut to perfection. Since we ate in, everything was brought to our table. The team of servers was very observant. They all checked on everyone needs. As we sat, ate, and fellowship, the line grew quickly. Amazingly, it didn't take long for orders to be filled. Some were picking up called in orders, while others were placing orders to go or dine in. Though a crowd, the workers kept things clean and flowing. The prices were good for the quality. No slices after a certain time, must purchase whole pizzas then. We went on a Friday after 6 pm. We already know we will return, and we've already told others about this gem. Our hope is to try the lasagna and a few other items. Thank you so much, Frank and staff.

Good stuff! 12in pizza w mushrooms & blk olives $13.61. Crust. Good, chewy, firm but not too crispy (a jaw workout!). Pizza bone is chewy/bready, crisp under the edge, plenty of pizza dough flavor. Cheese is wonderfully salted and chewy. Easy enough to bite through. Sauce is just right, not too tangy, not sweet, not too salty, not over seasoned. Toppings are plentiful, especially in the middle of the pie. No toppings near pizza bone. Mushrooms are canned (not my preference) but there's no odd pickled or marinated taste, so it's ok. Personally not a fan of seasoning sprinkled on top. Id return if I lived closer. Thanks "long time customer" Leah for the pizza tip!

We came for an early dinner after fun at the marble museum. Worth every calorie! The kids had a pepperoni pizza (I loved the crust perfect level of crisp!). My daughter was delighted by her perfect extra cheesy veggie baked ziti. I absolutely loved my full of flavor eggplant parmigiana ❤️ I have a special place in my heart for tiramisu. Theirs is shipped in (I think she said NY) it was just like I remember in Venice, Milan and Rome ❤️❤️❤️ The ambiance is perfect for families, couples and anyone. Definitely like stepping back in time to a locally loved place. A place that makes you feel like you belong. Can’t wait to return ❤️

My boyfriend and I are visiting from far out of town, he’s here on business.

We’ve enjoyed trying out a new restaurant the last four nights and though we didn’t actually eat at Frank’s we both felt it necessary to leave an accurate review regarding our treatment last night by Frank himself so that other potential customers might avoid the hassle of being disrespected and inconvenienced.

We arrived at 8:40 pm last night and although we knew it was close to closing at 9pm, we didn’t feel so bad as we were just getting a pie to go.

We would’ve been there earlier but upon walking into the restaurant we planned to dine at we were greeted by a roach on the floor. This was fine by me because it was Hooters and I didn’t want to go anyhow.

We scrambled out of there, horrified and then we scrambled to figure out dinner which was already going to be later than we planned. We decided on take out pizza and finally decided on Frank’s because it was open.

Or was it? 🙄

At Frank’s, my boyfriend went to use the restroom and left ordering to me. I asked the fella at the counter if the steak pizza had sauce and if so, what kind? He said he wasn’t sure but he’d ask. I said, “I know you’re closing soon, I’m sorry we’re here a little late. He said it was no problem and to take my time. He was friendly and then he goes to find out about the sauce and this short old geezer came out of the kitchen and he glared at me and said, “We’re closed.”

At this point it was near 8:45 but the hours posted list 9 pm as closing time. I said such to that rude grump and he said that they stop taking orders at 20 to 9. I said that his close time should be listed as 8:40 pm and not 9. He rolled his eyes at me, which I found ridiculously immature for someone who is probably 75 years old.

The greeting from the roach on the floor at Hooter’s was friendlier than the one from Frank at his own crummy establishment.

We left. It was kind of amusing and pretty sad to see on the way out that the entire staff appeared to be on our side and likely agreed wholeheartedly that if you’re not gonna take orders at 8:40 you shouldn’t say you’re open until 9. You also oughta lock the doors at 8:30.

Every last employee there looked embarrassed and Frank ought to be ashamed of himself. Furthermore, he ought to retire since he can’t handle making pies for two hours past his bedtime.

You couldn’t pay me to eat food made by such a despicable person and I sure as heckfire would never pay to eat it. I hope you don’t make the mistake of doing...

“There pizza is amazing! This is the only place my husband and I go to get pizza . The service is good and the food is even better “!

That was the review I left a few years back. Recently , tonight actually , I called to place a order . Someone answered “Franks Pizza , can you hold ?” then placed me on hold. As I was on hold I thought about how rude she was and how she didn’t even give me a chance to utter “ok”. I was on hold for 10 mins then I was took off hold. I waited , no one said anyone . I said hello then the call ended. Already annoyed and now aggravated , I called back and a different employee picked up the phone and said ”Franks Pizza would you hold please?” She waited for a response so I said okay. I was on hold again for 8 mins so I got in my car to see if I could place a order in person. Halfway their , I was off of hold and placed my order . She did not thank me for my patience or for being on hold. She took my order and now I’m outside waiting for my food. I understand when business is booming things get chaotic and busy , however it was really rude and horrible customer service . I work at a financial institution so I deal with customers all day. The first employee was rude and probably doesn’t even care. The food is good but they can work on their...
