Hardee’s — Restaurant in Raleigh

Second visit to any Hardee's anywhere (am from NY) ; .First time with this team. Chronologically: Saturday afternoon ~5 PM..very quiet. Online order. Very nice cashier looked for it; did not find it. Manager also verified. We waited as I was early. Manager nicely came by to verify that i got a confirmation no. I concurred. Around 6 mins before the designated time- manager saw me and verified receipt. Apologized about the pies..apple. had to drop two. Me? Absolutely no problem, as I love piping hot apple pies (who doesn't?). Star Burger was in process by C. the cook. Asked for a tray and condiments (mustard ketchup and mayo).

Served, first a piping hot PERFECT deluxe burger. Personalized it with my condiments...

Flawless...

I've eaten at Highend burger bars and restaurants such as Red Robin. This was a fresh backyard barbecue level of taste. A bit later, the pies were exactly per my specs...Fresh, hot and sweet...

I thought that I was supporting the re-opening of this franchise due to covid19 temp closures. It turns out this 'dream team crew...' was supporting me. I am sorry, but if anyone says anything bad about this place...I ask you to read this full blurb here, because there is something about these guys that you feel thatthey go above and beyond for their customer...a dream...

I’m usually not one to leave reviews but this morning did it for me.

I’d consider myself being a regular at this location. The elderly lady with an accent is the sweetest. Another man is also great. HOWEVER..

There was a younger woman, light skinned, and she worked this morning (as in today).

I ordered a large sausage biscuit combo as i always do. I checked my bag before pulling up, and the sausage biscuit was wrong. Which I’m not one to hardly complain about food. Mistakes happen.

But I told the lady “hey excuse me, I ordered a plain sausage biscuit.” She responds in a nasty tone “you said super sausage biscuit” i said “no i actually said plain sausage.” She proceeded to tell ME what I SAID. She told me “no you didn’t” about 3 times & snatched the incorrect biscuit back. And handed me a the correct one. I could’ve been rude as hell.

All she had to do was grab A BISCUIT? A PATTY AND SLAP IT TOGETHER.

Hell, i didn’t even know it was a such thing as a “super sausage biscuit” since i always order THE SAME THING.

Either way; she needs be spoken to or retrained on how to speak to customers before she has an encounter with the WRONG customer who won’t take it as...

This specific Hardee's is my absolute favorite one to go to its nice and clean the food is absolutely amazing there. The staff there are nothing but professional and extremely nice and will help you with whatever u may need. If u are in the area and craving some delicious burgers and or hand breaded chicken tenders (which is what i always get) then this is the place to go. They also have absolutely amazing breakfast there u would be surprised but they make the best breakfast ive ever had at any Hardee's in my life and i personally have been going there for breakfast since i was a young kid going there otw to school with my grandmother so i get this beautiful nostalgic feeling everytime i eat breakfast there especially since my grandmother passed away. So in closing i would 100% recommend anyone go here for any meal cus u will never be disappointed that i can promise to you. (But if u are like me and u get your burgers plain make sure to double check them before u pull away if u go through the drive through cus i have had problems with that before but that's my only complaint.)
