Subway — Restaurant in Raleigh

Been coming here for years because it was almost always at least ACCEPTABLE, but it was usually good.

Then they hired a new guy, who was extremely slow, barely understood anything, and did every single task poorly. Multiple visits over a few months, and he's still just as bad.

Except this last visit I saw him also re-using gloves, re-using knives, putting sandwiches on the dirty counter, and tossing bits of food that had fallen on the counter back on the sandwich. All in front of a guy in a red shirt (The owner I'm guessing?). Imagine the quality of what you can't see. Every other employee I've seen did everything properly, but this guy is now always there and sometimes the only one, so I'm...

I always go here to order. At times it’s a hit and miss. I am respectful and polite, and I leave tips everytime. It’s just a lady name Judy( assuming a manger) , I explain to her what I want, she has a smirk, and a look of disdain on her face, yet and still I am polite and explain what it is I want, as she is fixing the sandwich, she walks away and is gone for a good 2 minutes. Now I know things happen, but today is Sunday, no one is in line but me , two workers were there and she just left and disregarded a customers order. I will not recommend this location if the same personnel is working, very incompetent and rude. I’m taking my hard earned funds...

Just left there, the lady helping me either couldn't speak English well or was not trained properly. Ordered chicken bacon ranch melt (kinda explains whats in it just by the name right?) Well I was wrong. She asked what I wanted in the sandwich, so I said I want the chicken bacon ranch melt, she had to go in the back and ask someone how to make it. Not like they were busy, (was the only one in line) supervisor needs to spend more time training employees or the manager needs to hire people who can speak and understand English better. Poor service. Hoping the sandwich makes up for the poor service. Won't be coming...
