Le Macaron French Pastries in Raleigh: A Parisian Gem in the USA!

Le Macaron French Pastries is hands down the best place in Raleigh for anyone who loves authentic, high-quality French treats. From the moment you step inside, you’re greeted by a warm, inviting atmosphere and an amazing staff who go above and beyond to make you feel at home.

The macarons here are absolutely the best I’ve ever had—delicate, flavorful, and with just the right texture. The croissants are perfectly flaky, buttery, and rival those found in Paris. The chocolates are rich and decadent, and the cakes come in such unique and delicious flavors that every bite feels like a celebration. If you love ice cream, you're in for a treat too, with a wide array of mouthwatering flavors to choose from. And don't get me started on their coffee—it's bold, aromatic, and truly special.

The decor transports you straight to Paris, and the place is always impeccably clean. Whether you’re grabbing a treat to-go or sitting down for a relaxing moment, the ambiance is simply delightful.

The owner is incredibly welcoming and friendly, making every visit feel personal. The macarons tower here would also make any ceremony extraordinary—they are truly show-stopping. I can guarantee, once you visit, you’ll be hooked!

I have a major sweet tooth and always look for places to satisfy it. What I love about this bakery is everything but here’s why. Starting with the atmosphere it’s cozy. It’s family, friendly, welcoming and inviting. Miss Marie, the owner is very kind welcoming, provides great customer service and she always strives to make sure her customers are satisfied, and also confident and buying an item rather than just simply taking their money . For example, the coconut cake and chocolate cake looked very good, but I was hesitant to buy either of them for the chocolate cake, I was hesitant to buy the whole cake because there wasn’t pieces displayed and I haven’t tried it before . Miss Marie let me sample the coconut cake and also gave me a piece of the chocolate cake to buy , so I could be more confident in my decision. What I love about her desserts is that there are sweet, but not too sweet but just right. Her whole team is awesome and hard working and great the just with great attitude and smiles This is truly one of my favorite sweet stores to go to five stars...

I visited on 9/7/25 and there was only one employee who was new and wasn’t fully trained. I ordered some pastries, which were great, and an iced latte. I was given a hot coffee and I let her know the order was wrong and asked if I could just be refunded for the coffee because it was crowded and she was alone so it was going to take a while and I needed to be somewhere so I didn’t have time to wait anymore. She told me she didn’t know how to do a refund because she was new and asked if she could just “put some ice cubes” into the hot coffee. I said no and asked her to remake it iced since she didn’t know how to do a refund. She remade it and gave it to me without a lid because she said she didn’t know where the lids were. After all that the coffee tasted terrible so I threw it away and just accepted my loss since I wasn’t able to get a refund. This is nothing against the girl who was working she just shouldn’t have been left alone in there and that’s the fault of...

we were browsing lafayette village and stopped in and got the matcha beignet and the dubai chocolate. the chocolate was good and reminded my of the same taste/texture of a ferrero rocher. there wasn’t much pistachio flavor or crunchy kataifi. the beignet dough was very good and they warmed it up for us too. i unfortunately wasn’t the biggest fan of the filling. it sounded better than it tasted but im sure the other fillings they have are delicious! the staff were very friendly and professional. i would come again to try the other items in their shop.

This shop is exactly what Lafayette was missing before — the pastries, drinks, and macarons are amazing (the best macarons I’ve had, and I’m typically not a fan of them). I’ve become a regular here and couldn’t love it more. The shop owner, Marie, is so thoughtful; you can tell she cares about customer experience. I usually don’t write Google reviews, but I couldn’t recommend this shop more.

So we only popped in for a quick look, but we purchased some Macaron's and other goodies. The Macarons were so delicious, they had just the right amount of sweetness, but still good flavour. We spoke to the owner andcshe was so friendly!! She is a trained nutrionist! They also have house made gelato!! The hardest decision is what to have a next.
